This is my second complaint in 8days .... I withdrew money last week Tuesday via the 1voucher option and I got a call from the consultant and nothing was done .... Went on again the following day saying that they should reverse my withdrawal back into my account but however these agents that call me are of no help, the one who called me yesterday said he would investigate my matter and call me back, today is Thursday and I have not received my money, the agents are useless and of no help, they get paid for nothing. So I would not recommend supabets to anyone , I have been a loyal customer for years until this year they have started ****ming us!!!!!!! Reverse my withdrawal back into my account.
I withdrew on Tuesday the 28th of May, tried by all means to communicate but no response, can I please have my money, how did you people turn out to be ****mers???? WhatsApp chatline is useless
Shoprite in Malvern has no customer service, today Friday the 1st July, a cashier by the name Sduduzo Mbatha is completely rude with customers, Im not happy
I am based in Johannesburg and I sent out a parcel to Boksburg using Aramex, and apparently the driver called my client and said he had delivered her parcel at the wrong address and that he would get it to her, weeks went by and she never got her goods, I lodged a complaint via email and Aramex took long to respond and eventually I borrowed airtime to call them , the phone rang and rang until one of their consultants picked up, I'm really dissatisfied with the service I have received from Aramex , i dont even know what happened with the parcel whether it was stolen or not. I still have the tracking number of the parcel, and the number of the driver , those were goods over R2000 , aramex never got back to me, these are tough times and every cent counts. I'm thinking of taking this up with court if i dont get a response.
I sent a parcel almost a year ago and a client recieved an empty parcel, up and till today I never recieved any feedback. The package was worth R2000. The Cleveland post office has bad customer service.
I never ever recieved a loan from this company, and yet R449.00 was debted from my account without my consent, I'm highly disappointed. That money taken out of my account is for my daughter's school fees.

I got unemployed last year june 2017 and i only got a job this year in Apri and it requested that i open account so i went to fnb because i loved it, when i got there i was given a new account number but i was not issued an bank card cos i was told my account has been put on hold from last year and i was unaware of this, im not rich hey, i was given a fraud consultant number and i communicated with her, a month later she gave me a case number in Brooklyn police station, on the same day i contacted the station and i was told the case was transferred to Pta west, i then tried to contact pta west police station and all they told me was that the case had been withdrawn within days that it was opened, i then emailed the fnb fraud consultant telling her what i was told at the pta west police station and that the so called case was dropped and that the said i had nothing to do with it,my name did not appear anywhere. So i decided to go to pretoria jn person, firstly i dont even know where pta was and its costly to go there secondly i was born and bred in jhb, i got to pta west station and told them what was happening and was told the constable who was busy with the case is not around and i should come back the following week. So i went back the following week and i was told that there is nothing that they can do because the case was dropped in 2017 so all they gave me was just document showing that the case was dropped. I took those documents the fnb branch in jhb cbd in the same day and they emailed the documents to the fraud consultant And apparently that was not good enough, i then told her that i dont have funds to be going uo and down pta and the cbd, a few days later i was told to go to the northrand branch and i did just that, when i got there the mail that the fraud consultant sent said that i should producepayslips to prove that the funds belong to me and they should close the account and give my hard earned money in cash so i deal with Safps. But no u did not get my money, even after i have given them proof that my money belongs to me its been almost 5months , i have a daughter, i even quit my job because i felt that im making money that i dont have access to....im not happy with the treatment im getting.. i feel that maybe if i were white my problem would have been solved by now. Or maybe if i were rich it would have been solved... but because im black and underprivileged i should sleep under the bridge with my child. Im really hurt. All i want is my money thats rightfully mine, i go to eastgate everyday with my daughter just to use wifi to email the fraud consultant everyday? Really what do i do, do i **** myself cos soon i will end up on the streets with my child. Basically i dont deserve my money at fnb. If i decide to take my life and my daughters life its all on fnb , my life has been made a living hell by Fnb. Im just hurt and disappointed, my name is Thumeka Mbolekwa my daughters is 3!
