Very Poor service when you have paid your Motorcycle in Full to get your NaTIS document from them and a paid in full letter I have made Full Payment of over the R115 000.00 on the 30/11/2021 today 27/01/2022 Still no NaTIS document not even the letter to say paid in full This unexceptable.

Not EXCEPTABLE bad experience from Discovery medical aid
I am very upset I have joined Discovery medical aid per telephone and I can clearly remember when the consultant ask me if any one was in Hospital the last 5 years I said No but my husband had a Hip replacement 7 years ago I joint on the 1st of September 2020 Discovery Keycare Plus as that is what the consultant said is the best because I am the only one working my husband do part time work as he battles to get work because of his age On the 4 of December I took my Husband to Casualty as he was in a lot of pain the done X-rays bit could not see any problems as the hip replacement was intact So the referred him to Dr Seron An Airtophendic Surgion and Admitted him into Hospital because he went into sock because of severe pain The Dr took him my for a sonar and theatre and could not find anything but the pain was still there The Dr took him a second time to theatre and on s****ping and cleaning found the problem some abbces tipe of thing in his leg He removed it and all was good Now the medical Aid Discovery told me that they are not giving an Auth no as Like they say I never told them about the hip replacement BUT I KNOW I DID But that's not the point this is not a ore existing condition and this had nothing to do with his hip replacement as per the Dr And No they also terminating my membership because they don't want to pay THIS IS NOT EXCEPTABLE AND I WILL TAKE IT FURTHER

I joint the MDS in February 2020 When I started paying them I am battling to get hold of them because my debtors keeps on phoning and threatening as they do net get any payments I am very disappointed and upset any one else have problems getting hold of them
