Incredible service! Why can't all government departments function like this. The staff are so friendly and efficient. They should all get an increase.

Hopeless department
For months I have tried to enter my payments on the "new" website with absolutely no luck. I have phoned and waited and waited and sent mails. What a hopeless outfit. Not quite sure what I can do, but consider contacting Commissioner for UIF.
