Ordered two items from them in June, only received half of my order. After numerous calls, whatsapps emails and empty refund promises I still have not received any refund or credit. Its now November. Be careful buying from these ****mers
Worst online shopping experience ever. Bought an item that according to the website is in stock. Two weeks later, no update or refund what so ever. Complaint at the consumer commission. Hopefully they close “*****s” like these.
I ordered rifle bags online just to be told the same story as everyone else that they do not have stock and will be able to get it in six month. I did not need them urgently so I thought "lets wait" All this time they are running a Sale on the bags while I am being told its "actually" been removed from the site. 7 Months later Sale is still on and I have not received anything. I then went to request a different product at the same price just to get my money back in some sort, that's when everything went quite. No response on emails and there is definitely no one at the other end of the telephone line after endless calls.
Unfortunately I am forced to give these guys 1 star as there is no option for zero stars. Ordered my Kanopi more than 8 weeks in advance of my December holiday, upon order it was confirmed that I would get it as the current lead time was 6-8 week. Due to a suspicion I constantly followed up to make sure delivery is scheduled as promised, and every time promised that the specials that was ordered will all receive there Kanopi before 15 Des. In the mean time a new special 2k cheaper for the same product is running for customers taking delivery in January. Now on point 99 I get told sorry we will not be able to deliver after I stripped and prepped my bakkie for the kanopi. Worce customer service I have ever experienced. I asked for a refund and was giving a cell number of a Francois that does't seem to be interested in taking call.
Both my telkom mobile contracts were wrongfully suspended, and after 5 days multible call to the call center, the one after the other apology. I am still disconnected. Can it be that hard to reconnect me if the fault is on your side?
