They take money for services not rendered
They take money for services not rendered. They took R1800 to repair a fridge BUT THE FRIDGE STILL ISN'T WORKING. When we call them, they promise to come out, but they NEVER DO. It's costing us a lot of money to pay for food to go off in the fridge. THEY ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE WHO ARE ROBBING OLD AGE PENSIONERS

Excellent service from Tumeka at Santam
Tumeka from Santam is an Absolute Asset to Santam. She is patient, professional, super efficient and Most Accommodating. She does her utmost to please the clients. We definitely need more people like this Super Efficient lady. I was changing over to another company but Tumeka helped convince me to stay with Santam.
