Please help me understand how I owe cell c and why my credit score is bad because my account is in arrears with cell c where I don't have a contact with anymore my number has been moved over to Telkom and I never got my refund of R900 something and then you bill me in November showing R1000 something and my R900 something credit and I owe R200 something and now I'm in arrears by R200 something ???????????? I dnt know if I'm dealing with our idiots or what , I can't call you coz my number does not go through oh and don't forgot I'm always told when I get through we can't locate your account it's with another merchant not cell c ???? can I get my ****en refund and this **** off my name I want nothing to do with cellc you are a bag of bull **** with employees that don't know how to do/ execute their jobs at all. I don't complain coz I wanna I complain when I know things are done to me and it's not right and you can't even prove anything besides say I will call you back till today still no call back wow a joke isn't it

Thanks to cell c I haven’t still heard anything and my son won’t be getting a phone for Christmas
So I sent my phone in for repairs and have been told they will not be able to repair my phone and I would have to take a other phone, I asked what phone and I was told a Samsung galaxy core something to the value of 1200 yet my phone value is 2400 that is a lot of bull as I will not be taking a phone that has a less value and I’ve been paying insurance for 2years on the phone, I am not happy with this and will take it further if I’m not able to get a like for a like not a damn piece of **** phone coz that’s all they have available, I’m not a fool I too work in customer service and know what are my rights as I’ve been fighting with cell c for way over a year for my claim if this can’t be done asap as I’m not going to wait for stock that no one knows when it’s going to come in I want my phone back and a refund on my insurance that was clearly not of any use to me thus far. I will be adding this complaint to hello peter so i am able to go further. I would like a call back ASAP in this week with feedback
So i never even got to work for them really i was there for two days in training and decide to leave because of the front they put up about the company but there ways of doing things never added up, anyway now i require a letter stating i had left during training and never got paid as it was placed on the system that i got paid and now my money cant be given to me because of this. I have contacted the hr department countless times and im furious as today the 15th i got through to Mellissa and asked if she could send the form today so i can take it in i was told all sorts of excuses before that and said i must send her an email which i sent this morning i still haven’t received anything i mean for someone trying to contact since Monday last week and still be treated like **** is very very disappointing she was very arrogant as if i owed her something from the start i just need this letter asap thats all i need please
So once again an problem with Cell C so i had previously complained about my banking details being changed without my consent and then now im back to do a claim since September and ive had no success why coz once again my insurance was moved over to my upgrade whilst i was still in contract with my first phone now ive been told i cant claim. Im totally furious and ****ed at the way Cell C has handled this upgrade and my claim i need to call around to find out what has happened even c insurance cant give me information as to what is going on and this is all because of an upgrade .
So i went to ackermans in September to make a layby i paid a 3rd and then i returned on Friday the 26th October 2018 to pay it off as i needed the itmes for my son as it was his bday the Saturday and we were gng away so that was his weekend away clothes and bday gift, any so ya i go and i get a new outfit as well and i give my slip for my layby and i pay and the teller leaves as she is gna cash up could only think she finished wrk at 6 so okay my payment is done at 18:05 amd now i await so im told to wait he will (dont know his name ) get my layby for me fine and im thinking i got time anyway talking to my sister. After a while we start womdering hey this people r taking long and were still waiting no man so guy walks by so fast that had taken the slip and i ask hey whats happening coz im waiting long and im told yes they looking for it.,.. so this went on for long that the shop was even closed and i had no clue until i saw the cahiers rushing to cash up and boom its past 7 and im still in the damn shop with no layby. Its gets worse coz all this time and im tryna control my anger big time now bear in mind i saw yes but not at anyone at thr fact of different information being given by different ppl, the silence and most of all the Manager’s attitude threating to throw me out if i dont stop swearing as it is his store not once had i swon at him but was sick of hearing ill have a look etc this goes on bt ya. Im still without the layby, n can only think well i know it was taken and distributed on the floor n now the iteams r out of stock n i made payment for items i dont even have waiting for stock.
So this is how it goes, in june cell c calls me as im due an upgrade i finalizes the upgrade and i get the phone great service until the month comes to an end and my debt does not go off so i dnt pay attention as i dnt look at my debts and so in july i start calling customer service for random info and i cant pass security and i cant be told why which i get must its 3 of my personnel details i dno how i can get it wrong. I actually realised im calling to add a whatsapp bundle. So i keep calling entre a self serve pin am told i cant be helped coz i failed security fine had to escalate to a manager who then comes and says did i ask to have my bank details changed after i told him i have never had my details changed since ive been with cellc besides the account details, fine that was useless and i was just getting more angry, but never was i told the payment never went off. Month end is her its July and i never updated my details as cellc is now saying i need to pay for this charge of the payment not gng off in June. Firstly who said change my banking details, and secondly i wasnt even sent any form of notification that it was changed nothing and now they cut my lines coz i still owe the bounced payment which im not willing to pay at all as cell c messed my account details, my credit scores and put my name in red as i cant even apply for a home. I am so ****ed coz i was also paying for a tariff i wasnt even getting and a late payment charge from january *** that made no sense at all yet im expected to do the runs and call i work i cant sit on the call all day as im placed on long holds and no solutions that i just end the call by saying okay There is so much i wanna add but im so tired cell c is not the network you wanna join if thats what ur thinking i surely will cancel after my contract ends.
