I cannot recommend Groenkloof Step Down to anyone seeking safe and attentive care for a loved one. When my mother was admitted, she appeared stable. However, by Saturday her stomach had become visibly and severely swollen. I immediately requested that a Doctor assess her. I was told there was a doctor on site, yet no examination was performed and we were informed that nothing would be done until Monday. By Tuesday, her condition had deteriorated so badly that she had to be rushed back to hospital. The fluids they had been pumping into her PEG tube gave off a terrible smell, indicating leakage — something the Doctors and Mediclinic were already aware of before her transfer, yet she was still admitted to Groenkloof Step Down under these circumstances. Tragically, my mother passed away three weeks later. I believe the lack of urgent medical response, the failure to act when clear warning signs were present, and the overall neglect significantly contributed to her decline. My family and I feel devastated by this experience and would urge others to think very carefully before entrusting this facility with the care of their loved ones.

From the moment I walked into the store, it was evident that this company's customer care and overall performance were subpar. Firstly, the person who helped was abysmal and very unhelpful. It seemed like the person who helped me lacked proper training and knowledge, as he were unable to provide satisfactory solutions to my concerns. His lack of empathy and understanding made me question their commitment to customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Vodacom Gardens based on my experience. Working on your computer wile talking to a client is rude , unprofessional !!!!!
This is what i signed up for? 0 joining fees 370pm access to all club bag promotion only debited on 10th of August access to gym at point of membrship And look to good to be true right !!!! Well it was i got scammed by a lovely lady that sold me all this. Then when i try to enter gym no i go to wembley square gym virgin Gardens ! this is where i sign up right? well what she did is sign me up at mitchells plain! no more access to all gym !!!! al lies Thalia you should realy be ashamed of yourself i am so disappointed in Virgin Active South Africa !!!!! you guys really are bad
We visit Hussar Grill every hear for birthdays so we do support you guys a lot, i wrote to Hussar Grill Franschoek and got a long explanation, thank you very much for that. Our day was spoiled with cold burgers and fatty meat, my i add the chicken on the burger was not a normal size and dry and so the bun. Reason for writing is that your email just made me so uppset to let you know if you read this dont bother with another email because we will never visit you again. on the complementary burger i would not know what it taset like becasue i did not bother to tasted it
to Pick n pay Gardens: to the Lady at the express counter till number 10 at about 1;40 today i had the unhappy experience to be helped by you. I have spoken to the supervisor but till feel i need to mention this, when your first client was still packing away his stuff you called me to the till i told you he first need to leave before i can come closer COVID social distancing ???? then when i was at your till to pay for shirts for my Mom your till was wet i then told her your til is wet ???? she said no it is not and drag the shirts over the wet spot i checked the shrts they were ok But then as i left i said thank yuo and from her not a word so i told her you have no manners !!!!!!!!!!!!
This is just a message to Vodacom Knysna to the very rude and unfriendly lady at the door when there is no clients in the shop and you sit on your cellphone what should a client do? walk in or wait until you think its right to let them in? then wen I call you out on your bad behavour you put up a ugly fight and then run to the back well Vodacom Knysna in the times we are in I am sure you don't want to sow clients away but greet them FRIENDLY and POLITELY and make them feel you would like there business??? right to wrong And when I ask for the manager he she is not even in the shop?
I have made a video of the treatment i got at McDonalds in Long Street i have even send this to customer care ? Wrong customer dont care. The member at your fast Food branche could not even say hi can i help thanks nothing she was rude as can be , Crew id 64 - BATU Z.
