I've tried to cancel my subscription Twice, and they keep telling me that they have no record of me cancelling. I do not want a Gym Subscription. I don't think they understand.
Hi Absa. Im trying to ammend my homeloan. I've tried to phone Absa homeloans but I keep getting cut off instead of being transferred. This is unfortunately how I have to communicate now. I have 230 months remaining on my homeloan payments (Bond nr: 8088901759). I would like to extend the amount of months if possible. Due to inflation my monthly debit has gone up to R 10293.00 which is extremely high and unaffordable. Can you please assist? Sias Jordaan 7902245021084
After being referred to the wrong numbers for 15 minutes within ABSA, I am unable to reach the customer care line. I am trying to move the debit order of my homeloan to the 27th of each month. The homeloan number is 8088901759. Please assist as your telephone operators can't seem to help.
Order nr 103396828. I ordered a baseball and bat kit as illustrated on the product and only received half the product. In other words only the bat with no baseball. I've tried refunding this on the day of delivery but I'm not getting any response from takealot. I've paid for the whole bundle but you only delivered half of it as well as ignoring my refunding requests. Shame on you Takealot!!!
Completely useless to process a request. I have to bonds, one R 3000 per month that is supposed to go off on the second of the month. The other is supposed to go off on the 20th for R 7500 (which I'm letting to a tenant that pays on the 15th). I requested this from ABSA and they completely switched this around so that the R 7500 goes off on the second and the R3000 on the 2th. Completely idiotic and useless organization. My cash-flow is a mess and I'm constantly in arrears. Now I can't change this for a year. Ridiculous!!!!
Received my rental income on the first month. The second month Nothing. The tenant supposedly pays on the 15th. Its now the 23rd of February and nothing is reflecting in my account. When I phone them they tell me that there are no problems and they simply forgot. I can't get an answer out of them. My bank is also inquiring why they cant debit my account for the bond.
I have settled a celphone contract with Vodacom over a year ago and have the proof of payment on my bank statements. Yet this still shows as an arrears account on my credit score. I have phoned their legal department 5 times. They say that on their records it shows that I did settle the account and theat they would email me a letter of confirmation stating that I settled the account. To this day I have never received that letter. I cant buy a house because of R580 rand that I did pay to vodacom. How do I settle this?
Terrible service. I have tried to change my OTP 3 times since my cellphone number changed. They are unwilling to change it. They find fault with every form I fill in and send to them. This means I'm unable to manage my account online. Their still willing to debit my account.
