Communication with Vodacom difficult without a number to accounts department
Vodacom is the most unfriendly service provider. Their phone service is not consumer friendly Try to reach their accounts department but without a number you get nowhere. Their overall service is just bad. They want to hold you to a contract. It is difficult to contact them, I just want to know what I owe them.

Please Help Vodacom keep Hijact in a Upgrade that I cancelled in the right amout of time 0662058879 It started on 21 July 2021 I cancelled the upgrade 28 July 2021!! They still going on with me Please help What is going on with Vodacom!! No one can help It was done online that is the big problem with Vodacom the online contract is like if they don't want you to get out of that! I am going to open a fraud case and take lega action soon

Vodacom phoned for upgrade on 21 July 2021. Then I cancelled this upgrade over the phone on 28 July 2021 and they now say I am owing them money I still wait for them to cancel this upgrade. With many calls and to a Vodashop who assisted in this upgrade cancellation problem. It is if they keep me hijact. I don't want this upgrade and I cancelled in the right amount of days! and they still keep me with this thing. Always promises over the phone! what is the problem with Vodacom? It is not a friendly service!

The internet line is very poor! 14 May may ADSL line with router was delivered The service is very bad struggle to get good upload and download speed! The phone line is also not working! We all working from home and doing school work how can we fix this. I phoned 10210 to report this They very helpful over the phone but no one is coming to look at this problem. Telkom why are you giving service with no service??

Bad Service Tempest Car Hire
Bad service They can't wait to receive their money you owe them but if they owe you, you must wait! Can't get answers from them one doesn't know what the other is doing. It's not a fair business Contract with Drive SA misleading. Tempest Car Hire deposit and all other fees is different from the contract I signed up for. If knew all that I would never hire from them Would not recommend the service to anyone! How long should one wait for a refund of deposit? and any inquiry from them
