I have ordered and paid for a spare part early December 2021. After 3 months and multiple emails and promises from their side, still no part received. It is of no use to even try and call them - the phone just keep on ringing. I did managed to get an answer once - was put on hold for 15 minute and then the call was just dropped from their side. Pathetic service

Kind Regards I did receive two of the three items ordered but they where not what I have ordered. I have notified then immedately with their tesppnse that they will collect the incorrect items and give me full refund. Subsequent I have sent them numerous E-mails (that is the only contact info on there wab-site). The result is just a automated reply that they will attend to the e-mail within 48hours. To date 9th July no refund of any sort received. The worst experience with any store I ever had
the 6th May 2020 I paid for an order and was confirmed. I received my tracking number on the 19th May 2020). On the tracker - Buffalo Logistics- my order says it was delivered the 26th May 2020, I received nothing. I then contacted them (three times already) telling them this, but no real response, just an automated one. The phone number given is also not the businesses number
30th January 2019 I have ordered and paid for a set of walking aids online from HN Health Solutions. They have replied that the items was out of stock and that they will reimburse me After numerous e-mails and fruitless phone calls etc up to today 24th July I am still waiting for a reply from them. Needless to say - no reimbur*****t
