If misleading was a brand. My contract was blocked due to 2 missed payments. Bare in mind I had been unemployed since last year June but I had still made payments. Cell c blocked my contracts around Feb-May 2021. After I had made out the payments they refused to credit me with the data that I had not used for those months, so I basically paid for something that I could not use, this isn't ethical. I won't recommend Cell C to anyone, customer service is not the best and the connection is even worse.
The customer service is unacceptable! Funds was debited out of my account, which was not supposed too. I have been calling in everyday for more than a week for assistance regarding a reversal with no assistance. I had vehicle finance with standard bank from 2018 till the vehicle was sold, so how can you debit me for something I do not own? This doesn't make any sense at all. I did not want to post this review but you leave me with no option clearly. Ps: please send your client services team for training because they don't seem to understand and they keep putting me through the wrong department, airtime does not grow on trees. I have spent over R400 on airtime since last week calling in and been put on hold for such long periods of time. If someone can assist me today, that would be a miracle.
It seems the only staff of this company that does their Job is Eloise Pieterse, she always does her best even though is in a different department. If you are thinking of going with this insurance company then think again. I had to personally phone them only for one of their staff to not understand anything at all. My vehicle was sent in for repairs to Durban Panel Beaters who did a useless Job, when my car came back to me the rubber on the driver's side was cut off slightly and there was a small dent on the boot door. I did complain about this but was not assisted at all till this point. Very disappointed with you King Price, you make me cry and wait for months and months this is not on. I didn't want to come on here and post but I had no choice, people must be aware of the services you provide. Premiums can decrease every month but does the quality also have to decrease?

Definitely a name that should be given more recognition, I feel that it's your personal experience that counts the most. I have had such a terrible experience with Standard bank vehicle assist. So I have my vehicle financed with them for almost two years now. Today I got debited R1297.31 extra from my bank account without any authorization from me they debited my account. The reason they gave me for debiting my account was because I did not apparently email them proof of my insurance with King Price to them so that extra amount was for Insurance which is total Bull**** !!!! I have been insured with King Price for almost two years and very happy with their services. So I emailed Standard banks motor assist department my confirmation letter which they then went and cancelled my ''so called insurance'' with them. I spoke to so many consultants today who where unable to assist me properly and they kept transferring me to the incorrect department, some even dropped the call on me and some laughed at me while speaking, this is so unethical. I work in a customer service industry and my customers are my priority to me and I will go beyond my Job to assist them but I did not receive this from these consultants. So basically now I must wait 7-14 working days to receive my money back into my account :| I don't understand how they can just assume that someone agrees to something, I would appreciate it the Standard banks Management gives me a call urgently to sort this out and also implement solutions to avoid this from happening again.
Where do I actually begin with this name ''Hyundai'' I was someone that always believed in this brand however due to their Branch in Pinetown I have completely lost my faith in this brand. There was a time when most of my family and friends were recommended to purchase vehicles from them and did but not ANYMORE ! Let me start from the very beginning, I went into Hyundai Pinetown in February 2018, I was initially looking into purchasing a demo model considering it would have been my first vehicle. I dealt with their sales staff Ritesh Ghandi who cooked up stories into getting me to purchase the 2018 Hyundai Grand i10 Fluid Manual. Firstly he did not consider that I was looking into purchasing the demo/ preowned model, all he bothered was to make a SALE which he did. I admit that I should have been more careful however he did not properly advice me and furthermore my balloon payment is sitting at around R60.000. My monthly installment on the vehicle alone is R3210.00 (only for the vehicle) which I find so ridiculous considering this is a Grand i10. My advisor went with me to the Hyundai Pinetown branch Last in July 2018 whereby emails were sent out to the principal dealer Mark Torrance to set up an appointment as he agreed to put me into a much affordable vehicle which was not done till date. We went back an forth on emails requesting a preowned vehicle with a reasonable mileage however the options that were given to me by the team at Hyundai Pinetown would have put me in a worst off situation then I was already in. The last response I had gotten from mark is the following "Let me put the deal on a RV'' What does this statement actually say about this team? This dealership really did put me in such a bad predicament! I would not consider dealing with them ever again! To the readers that are reading this, I highly advise you to always do your research on dealerships, read those reviews because you never know that might be saving you the cost, I just wanted to share my experience having dealt with such a dealership. The worst thing is that nobody contacted me to sort this out, I the customer had to contact them and set up appointments which says a lot about how they look after there customers.
I have entered many times on the Justplay site, via sms, via online entries you name it however I have not won anything thus far, I feel that this site is very unpromising. Its great to enter these competitions but its not so great when you have been playing for Years and you do not get noticed ! I used to love this site a lot but its taken a toll on me.
Good day, I have had a terrible experience with this company. We contacted as I was involved in a accident and their client rear ended my vehicle. We have done all they wanted and resent a few times. And it seems they try all not to pay out as promised. It has been now almost a Year since accident and they have told my Insurer they would pay within 30 days, Now still waiting as it is way past the date promised. I feel that the way to deal with a claim is to keep one up to date with true and correct information. Imagine waiting for 1 year for this to be sorted out? I have been put in such a financial strain due to that accident. I can understand that the recovery process is a lengthy one however it should not have to take a whole Year and more to be sorted out, surely there is someone who could have worked on my file on a responsive manner, If this can be sorted out ASAP that would be greatly appreciated.
