My premium between last month to this month has more than doubled for no reason, with no prior communication. I have been trying to contact the Discovery call centre over 3 hours and after each 1 hour interval of waiting on the line the call cuts. Discovery has quite literally ****** my money and refuses to answer their calls! Shame on a disgusting organization claiming to help people but are nothing more than fruadulent!
Terrible service from TT Connect! My fiber line stopped working randomly on Thursday morning. I contacted my ISP and was advised that the fault is with TT Connect and a technician would be sent to assess the problem. Thabiso from TT Connect came through on Saturday the 4th of March to fix the fault and could not tell me what was the problem. He said that usually when the fibre line falls to the ground or there is renovation in the house then it can break. There was no such issue at my house so I could not understand why it broke. But further more, I was slapped with a R1000 fee to fix a problem that nobody could tell me what was wrong! Thabiso had private conversations with his team leader Nico who when asked if I could speak to someone senior they point blank refused. How can I pay for something that is clearly a fault on their end?
Queen Msani from Telkom service call centre fraudulently allowed a debit to run through my account after requesting a cancellation and recieving confirmation that it has been cancelled. She said I had to pay 500 rand to a account because they increased the fees without informing me and then said she will cancel my account afterwards. No cancelation has been made and my account has been debited again this month. Telkom are fraudsters!!!
I have been a customer of Mitech direct for a few years now, enjoying purchasing guitars, pedals and accessories from a store with great service. Today I went in with a simple request to check if I was able to have my acoustic guitar's pick up restored or replaced. AAThis has been something that I have requested for before at this store. Simple enough request you may think? As a paying customer I do not, and should not know what are steps and procedures the store takes in getting this request fulfilled. All I know is that I am taking my guitar to a store that specializes in musical instruments, to check if my guitar can be fixed at a charge I am willing to pay. However this was not the case when dealing with a lady by the name of Robyn when arriving at the store. I was met with a rude attitude in being told I need to contact an external person in Benoni to have this resolved as she or the store cannot do it. Furthermore, she said that the person I would call would come pick up the guitar from the store after calling him. This seems pointlessly ridiculous as it means I need to go back home,call this guy in Benoni and then come back to the store to drop the guitar off. As this was something I have had fixed at the store before, I was confused as to why I was being referred to benoni to sort this out. But what bothered me most was not the fact that I was being told by a music instrument store that they would "not do a good enough job" to quote Robyn's own words, but her attitude in being completely unwilling to help at all. She continually insisted in a completely rude manner that this is the only way to sort the guitar out. Being part of a service industry myself, I would never refer a client who walked in to my doors to an external source. All in all I will ever visit a store who does not know what they are doing and boasts about the fact that they do not do a good job in their work.
