It is so seldom that I come across a business that is as client centric as this one. I was assisted by an amazing woman by the name of Jean Morris who works at BetterBond. This was my first home purchase and was quite nervous regarding the finer details. Jean put me at ease, answered all my questions and truly fought for the best possible rate for me. She was knowledgeable, efficient, hard working, and most importantly, she was kind. Thank you for going the extra mile Jean. Incredibly grateful for the service. Would definitely recommend.

VOX Nightmare
I signed the contract for Fibre connection with Vox on the 4th of July. It has been almost two months and it still has not been set up. The last communication I have had with them was the 2nd of August. Still no update has been provided. I have called numerous occasions, only to be told that they will call me back. No one has ever called me back. I have sent a mail explaining that I would rather cancel my order than have to wait this long - still no response. Extremely upset at the level of inefficiency and poor service received.

Unhappy RCS Customer
Really disappointed with RCS. Recently took out a VIP Passport Account and received my first statement. On this statement, my address was quoted as “**** LANE Century City”. Not a mistake someone can easily make. This is offensive and actually disgusting to receive this statement, report it, and receive no response. Not happy.
