A delightful B&B
An absolutely wonderful experience staying at this gem! A homely atmosphere that's just close enough to everything in Umhlanga, yet still quiet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even with my very difficult check in and check out hours. The breakfast is a tasty feast. I would definitely stay there again.

Sunninghill store caused damage to vehicle
I had my vehicle’s battery replaced, which took some time as the technician was seemingly unsure how to do it. The vehicle showed multiple error messages immediately after, and the store employee had to take it to the vehicle dealership next door to have the computer reset. Shortly after driving away from the TWT store, my vehicle showed an engine warning light, which I had checked and there is now a fault with my engine thermostat, which is going to cost around R10000 to replace. I have no doubt that the damage occurred due to the technician having inadequate knowledge and s****, and I find it unacceptable that I should incur such expenses.

R750 penalty for their mess up
After FNB failed to let me know my Flexi Fixed Deposit account was maturing, they re-invested the money automatically, again without letting me know. Then when I try to access my own money, within the same month, I must pay a R750 penalty. FOR THE BANK'S ERROR! When I contacted the bank I received generic, cut and paste responses and they clearly have no concern for me as a client, only for what they can gain financially. The joke is that future investments WOULD HAVE been much greater, but I will obviously be taking my business elsewhere.

Being overcharged, no response to enquiries
Vodacom published reduced pricing for my Fibre, but this never came into effect, and for several months now I have been overcharged. I have tried to contact them but they do not respond to email queries unfortunately.
