Please do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this doctor as possible. The first issue is that when you call the office to make an appointment, they tell you to go and do a blood test. No pending or temporary date, no steps on what to do. Just do a blood test, then we'll call. So we did the blood test, and were waiting for a call, after a week, we called them back and advised that the blood test was completed and the results should be ready. Without advising us on the results of the blood test, she said she will call us back for an appointment. Another week later, we received a phone call at 18:00 that our appointment is the following morning at 08:00. Meaning they gave us 14 hours notice even though we both have jobs and a life. Naturally we rescheduled the appointment for the afternoon. When we got there, and waited for a while, we heard call after call from the receptionist cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Before we could see the doctor, they told us we had to pay R2000 upfront. The Discovery app shows that the doctor and hospital is in our network and fully covered. They gave some excuse that the contract has changed and that Discovery has not updated their system. After paying the R2000, we finally got to see the doctor, only to realize, Dr McMinn wasn't present, she sent a replacement to attend the appointment. Our first appointment, the doctor couldn't be bothered to show up. The replacement she sent was also strange, she kept asking for consent to do the check-up. The whole reason we're there is for the check-up, it should be logical that she has consent. After that, came the real battle. The first invoice that the receptionist submitted, was done under my daughter's name (she is 4 years old). After explaining to her that I don't want to submit a claim for a pregnancy check up under my daughter's name but my wife's name, they supposedly submitted a new claim with the correct details. However, the claim code and dependant code they used, was incorrect, so the claim was rejected again. It's been 3 weeks later, and we are still having issues due to the incompetence of the secretary to do admin. I'll end this review as I started it, do yourself a favor, and stay away from this doctor.
The sales person that assisted me, Cherise van den Berg, promised me a great deal on a Suzuki Celerio. However, when I tried to start the financing process, communication was very poor. Financing people would send me emails with a broken link, or send mails by accident. I would communicate with Cherise, and she would then send an email forgetting things that were said in previous conversations. Features were added to the deal that I did not ask for, and when I asked to revise the deal to the original deal, a completely nonsensical response would come back. I was asked what color I wanted, to which I said blue, then a couple days later they come back and talk about a red car all of the sudden. In summary, very poor customer service and communication.
If you are ever considering to study at Stadio, please do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible. These people will **** you, ***** you, ignore you and more! Their admin is abysmal, their response time is non existent. They will purposefully drop your marks just to have you fail your year and have to redo it, which in turn means paying more. The only reason, this review is getting 2 stars instead of 1, is because of Rynard de Lange. If you have had the unfortunate scenario where you already paid Stadio and cannot get out. Please ask for assistance from him, as he is the only competent, willing and friendly support agent working at Stadio. 10/10 for him.
This must be the worst service, product and quality in South African upholstery history. His people took 5 months to deliver the most appallingly upholstered cushions ever. Bad quality leather throughout except for the parts where imitation leather was used. Avoid at all costs
