I’ve used apple since I was about 15 years old i will never buy another Phone since i started using Apple ..in september 2019 I saved and Bought myself A mac for Photography editing reasons and I though it would be the last of my problems but I never should have bought it as i had Endless problems with how slow the mac are even just switching on I took it for repair and they can’t even believe it takes 4 days just to update even when i erased everything from it ... very disappointed!! I saved my butt off for a piece of **** ! I want answers 0834620118
I upgraded online 2019 - End Nov and every time i take a photo or even whatsapp it jumps back to my home screen ! If i scroll to fast it jumps back to my home screen! After that it started to say storage full which was impossible! So i let them know i want to send it back in Jan 2020 i was able go replace the device and not just send it in ! It went in for warranty assessment they said as soon as they have stock they release my new phone ( this itself was such a big issue but Nevia sorted it quickly a week or so later then she told me in advance i will have to wait due to No stock of the iphone and Lockdown so when level 4 started i asked whether they have stock because my husband upgraded from Vodacom! Nevia then said she thought i received the phone already ! A few weeks later Nevia said that the new Phone cannot be released due to the RMA code ! I now need to cancel my contract and upgrade again but this was already after 6 months of payment ! I refused and said they need to figure this out very quickly ! So melissa called from MTN and said she will get back to me the next day! So a few weeks passed and no feedback not even a reply van Nevia or melissa ! So i contacted MTN many times and everytime someone else say they will sort it out very soon ! A few weeks passed and i contacted MTN where i explain the situation and they send new replacement forms which we completed ! And returned ! Then again no reply on her cell or email ! I called again ending up talking to melissa ! She said that she is offline at that moment and will get back to me the next day ! So i took het personal number ( or she said it was her personal number ) since then another week or so passed and still nothing 9 months later !!! And still paying ! This service is up to **** !
My friends always order and get great products within days every time that I ordered something went wrong and i’ve been waiting for almost 3 weeks now ! My order is still processing from day one ! I emailed to check if they got the payment They replied quickly ! They guaranteed the products will be dispatched the next day and sorry for all inconvenience ! So every 3 days i would check and see the same problem over and over ! Later they said sorry with bonus points of R50.00 which is nothing compared to what i spent ! I complained directly on FAithful to nature which they said sorry it is stuck in the system it will be dispatched soon and here it is 4 days later and still processing ! So i decided to call but they still say the same ! So 4 days ago i ordered another 5 products over R1000.00 and now on Thursday when i checked it said on HOLD due to low stock but all my products was essential and In stock with more than 3 at the moment ! So i am DONE!! This is so bad service ! I just want refunds to purchase somewhere that will actually stick to what they say !!
I bought a wedding dress at bridal wardrobe Lynnwood , Pretoria And the day of my wedding i saw rust stains on my dress very clearly and then when i took it back for cleaning i told them about it! They responded that they will talk to the managers and come back to me! So almost two months after my wedding they responded and only said sorry but i signed and agreed to any damages although they did not disclaim anything but knew about it! My dress was R24000 Now i cannot sell my dress and they only cover the cleaning of R950
