Greetings, 2 years ago I bought a back up system from solarway suppliers Address: 162 Barry Hertzog Ave, Greenside, Johannesburg, 2125. This year I call to lodge a complaint about the batteries that are no longer holding in charge, they ask me to bring them in so they can test, I drive from mpumalanga bethal to them, get there iam told to leave the batteries so Siyabonga their technician can run tests, then he gives me [06/15, 10:19] Kosabo: 3285 INU Ref 0/N65880 as reference, a month later he calls me to say they will exchange the batteries..week later I send a courier company to collect the batteries, when I get home to connect the batteries they still do the same thing, they can't hold charge for even 30min, and when I call and text my calls are hang, my texts are ignored, now I don't know what to do with this situation, iam always in the dark with this loadshedding and iam having zoom meeting daily, now iam suffering because of poor after sales service..please assist, I can also screen short the conversation on whatsapp as prove.
So disappointed about the service again from Rain, my 8lines are still not working till today, since problem reported on the 20th,not evn a phone call nothing Poor service but I fill there's no service at all, at rain
Greetings, Rain is bunch of ISP without support at all, I've been using their service for the past 6 Months "unlimited 4G" had about 10 lines on different locations they don't EFT option if u need to pay them directly and their system does not debit sometimes and when u do the credit card payment lines remain close, try to get someone to assist by writing dosen email no one response, there's no phone for support not even what'sapp as would be the norm with most companies.. For me they are a bunch of headache. Iam now sitting with lines that I payed for R8000, since yesterday the lines are still down.. **** service or lack thereof
Greetings iam so disappointing by Vodacom business LTE division specifically, i had a contract with them for more than 24 months on 26 or more LTE devices, Huawei HG659. when the contract ended i wanted to use another network i cant, the devices are locked i cant even access them to make any changes, yet the devices are now fully paid and out of contract. every time i would call for assistance 0821940/1960 etc the technician say, " they don't know how to give access" i fill they want to keep me even when they cant give me what i need and its just so not fair for the device i already paid for. thank you
This is a Kak insurance excuse my language, I had an incident with my BMW e92, 330i 2008 model on the 4th of May 2020, reported the issue with them, I was told to send the car to HI line Panelbeaters in Bethal as Iam staying there, after they received a quote I was told it's too expensive they need to find another supplier, they suggested suppliers with those suppliers they did not have stock of the parts required, 2: the car had xenon lights when it's sent for repairs the insurance is sayinh they are not paying for xenon they will only pay for after market lights 3: its now the whole months the car is just standing there nothing is going on and on the car Iam currently renting, I have a limit of R8000 a year which is the insurance limit .. But they are doing nothing about the car standing at the panel beaters Who ever wishes to join the cheapest.. Be ready for the cheapest service as well Thank you
I purchased a BMW 330i Convertible on the 26th of June 2018, from Byron Mace who's a head of wholesale division, Since I took delivery of the car on the same date, I picked up that the car had few problems, like the remote key won't close the windows when outside of the vehicle, secondly the car has a delayed starting habit during the day and it smokes and lastly the car is unstable on the road. On the day of delivery Mr Byron Himself promised me that they will fix what ever is wrong with car for the next six months, at first I struggled to get them to send me the car papers so I can get the car licensed on my province, the temporary disc they issued had expired on July the 11th, they only sent it August 10th with the spare key and no car manuals and service book. I reported the car problems with the garage to Veronica F&I lady who is handling the warranty claims on the garage on the 12th of July 2018, I was instructed to take the car for a check up which I did, I took the car to Pinnacle BMW on the 16th of July 2018 where they diagnosed and quoted, but when I wanted them to fix the car, I had no warranty details from her and she told me not to take the car to BMW but any other RMI registered garage, and then later sent me the warranty details and I took the car to 2 separate garages and chose the cheapest of them, Now my problem is that they are not responding to my emails about the quote the garage sent me, I speak to Byron last time was on the 21st August he sends mail to every one but nobody responds the car has been with the repairer 2 weeks now they waiting for a go ahead from them or me now Iam stuck without a car I'm paying for Monthly and the garage storage fey that is accumulating now I don't know what to do..
