Stay away!! They provide you with **** quotes and when you pay they turn around and tell you the quote is more and there is items not included after they ****med you by telling you everything is included, when I wanted a refund of 253k I was told it will be sorted and don't need to worry, only to be told later nothing will be done. They lure clients in by selling incomplete orders to add to the bottom line because they know the cost is more expensive then competitive suppliers.

I got a quote from them with R3500 being for shipping and they sent an indemnity form because they do not give shipping insurance. I then decided to rather spend that R3500 on diesel and drive from PE to Cape Town to collect and they still wanted to charge a 3% 'shipping charge' which still was about R3500......in the email exchange with them they basically said they have the right to charge that so I told them what they could do with that right and I exercised my right to deny said charge and spend my money elsewhere. Extremely bad service and unkosher practises.

Greetings, 2 years ago I bought a back up system from solarway suppliers Address: 162 Barry Hertzog Ave, Greenside, Johannesburg, 2125. This year I call to lodge a complaint about the batteries that are no longer holding in charge, they ask me to bring them in so they can test, I drive from mpumalanga bethal to them, get there iam told to leave the batteries so Siyabonga their technician can run tests, then he gives me [06/15, 10:19] Kosabo: 3285 INU Ref 0/N65880 as reference, a month later he calls me to say they will exchange the batteries..week later I send a courier company to collect the batteries, when I get home to connect the batteries they still do the same thing, they can't hold charge for even 30min, and when I call and text my calls are hang, my texts are ignored, now I don't know what to do with this situation, iam always in the dark with this loadshedding and iam having zoom meeting daily, now iam suffering because of poor after sales service..please assist, I can also screen short the conversation on whatsapp as prove.
