Stay away!! They provide you with **** quotes and when you pay they turn around and tell you the quote is more and there is items not included after they ****med you by telling you everything is included, when I wanted a refund of 253k I was told it will be sorted and don't need to worry, only to be told later nothing will be done. They lure clients in by selling incomplete orders to add to the bottom line because they know the cost is more expensive then competitive suppliers.
Bought a new car in May 2021 for my wife, I ask 20 times over for the top line, full spec car, I got a new car with limited specs, the dealer came with a lot off excuses, we managed to come to a agreement, the dealership agreed to cover half the payments and transfer my deposit over to the new model, that led me to then take a different more expensive model, after it was available again most of the futures did not work I had to wait, I told the dealer ship I will keep the current model until the new model is ready. one year later, the new model is still not ready and now the dealership is refusing to keep it promis in writing after I told them 12 hours since I bought the car they must keep it, I was informed to take it and thye will sort it out when the new car is available. this week I took the car for its service and found there is more items not fitted in the car that lead me to belive the dealer lied to my face only to push sales and hooping I will not notice, this service is shameful especially from a top brand in the auto industry.
Nissan south africa is a joke, 3 of my fleet bakkies experience gearbox problems, nissan outsourcing the work tells them Only to fix wat is broken the rest can remain as is inside the same compartment inside the gearbox. 4 days later the rest broke, again one of my bakkies is standing, the 3rd bakkies clutch burns out on 14000km to a point where the steel past the clutch fibers turns blue from the pressure plate not releasing, took it on a lowbed to nissan, with the pressure plate stuck in place, nissan experts blaims the driver, the same drivers that had a new isuzu from 0 to 452000km same clutch. One a nother bakkie the pump is leaking nissan claims there is no warranty as the book was never stamped,on its 3rd service. Like I will send 9 of the 10 bakkies to nissan and not the one, luckily I keped all invoices and now nissan has no answers, everything is a wait and a fight with nissan I will never bay a nother one again. If you phone customer care they never know what to do.Nissan stand behind it bull**** warranty to save money Since my post Nissan SA phoned me and told me they will get back to me. They said that they understand my frustration and that they agree that it is unacceptable. Since Tuesday it has been another 5 days without 2 of my bakkies, the one branch phoned me asking for details so they can arrange a courtesy vehicle through Nissan SA, again nothing has come of it. The dealer phoned me, apparently after my post all the paper work magically appeared and there is no more confusion regarding a book that is not stamped or wrong Vin numbers. I am sending all this and my information, call logs and tracker report to show how long my vehicles has been standing, invoice I had to pay and photographs to every single media outlet I can get my hands on. I have lost thousands of Rands and clients due to the fact that I can not deliver a service due to the bad service that I am receiving from Nissan. Nissan phoned me today on the 18th August to fetch my vehicle. Took it for a test drive and guess what - 2nd gear on gearbox is sticking. It took them 12 days to fit a faulty part back in. I'm standing by my previous remark, Nissan is a joke! Still also haven't received the courtesy vehicle and still have not received feedback from Nissan South Africa. I will strongly recommend not to purchase a Nissan vehicle. Nissan I received my bakkie back still not happy with the gearbox, clearly Nissan doesn't have the capability to do the repairs. The torsion bars was loosened when removing the gearbox. Now the bakkie is pulling to the left. How much more of nissan **** service must I take before someone wakes up!!!
