Crooked solar supplier in Cape Town solarway suppliers
I got a quote from them with R3500 being for shipping and they sent an indemnity form because they do not give shipping insurance. I then decided to rather spend that R3500 on diesel and drive from PE to Cape Town to collect and they still wanted to charge a 3% 'shipping charge' which still was about R3500......in the email exchange with them they basically said they have the right to charge that so I told them what they could do with that right and I exercised my right to deny said charge and spend my money elsewhere. Extremely bad service and unkosher practises.

Extremely bad service and false advertising
My wife ordered me 2 pairs of slip on shoes one pair olive green and one pair light brown. Advertised 5 - 7 working days, only found out after 2 weeks it gets shipped from china. Received it today after 4 weeks. One pair light brown slipons dont fit, we ordered size 10 and these are size 8 plus second pair olive green shoes have laces. I will not recommend anyone to buy from this place. Extremely bad service and false advertising. Unable to to ask for refund as according to their website must be done withing 2 days but the package only arrived after 4 weeks with incorrect goods

Wilcote-bad service and product
(Without prejudice)I had my house painted 1 1/2 years ago by the Wilcote Port Elizabeth branch. They painted straight onto the bare plaster that was exposed to the elements for more than 3 years without putting a plaster primer on. Now my house paint is bubbling, peeling and flaking off. The franchise owner, Doug was here and he blamed the 1st floor open deck for leaking and filling the wall cavity and causing the paint to peel and flake.<br> I had 3 months ago a contractor out to redo both my roofs and reseal my open deck and waterproofed it. William Scott waterproofing has been longer in business than I can remember and I asked their professionally opinion. They immediately said the paint did not adhere to the plaster and it should have a plaster primer. They also requested a bucket of paint from Wilcote PE to cover up the blemishes from them doing the deck sealing and did not even get a response from the PE branch. I let PE know I was home and now almost 2 weeks later, still nothing from them! I am extremely disappointed in Wilcote, their service as well as their product. I will NEVER use Wilcote again or even recommend them. Stay away! Rather use William Scott, best company in PE.
