Desiree Van Niekerk and Sabine Seier of Fairway Mansions are commiting theft and fraud of trustees funds. Collusion with suppliers and serbice providers to divert funds from body to themselves. Under unvestigation from SAPS as of Aug 2022. OneTime PTY ltd and Silver Dreams PTY ltd also under scrutiny for irregular business relationships. Fraudsters being caught eating in broad daylight. Desiree also responsible for compromising health and safety if 1 year infant due to non compliance of process.
Over 2 weeks with no connevtion resolution. Same feedbck with no progress.

When its time to cancel your contract or service with Vodacom you get given a run around. I cancelled 2 months ago, did not get confirmation even though I was promised I would get an instant notification confirming so. I cancelled my insurance and then the next month
Extremely poor service from Naki Jeli in FNB contact centre. gave me attitude and refused to provide assistance by failing to understand my client query and wanting to extend solution without understanding my issue. Needless to say not helpful in the least. She helped me successfully waste my airtime and no call backs to resolve query.
My deposit was taken - this amounted to R2972.00 (odd) - the consultant who I dealt with (Lyn - Amanzimtoti Branch) indicated to me that the return would "definitely" be done within 6 working days. Needless to say its weeks later and still no money returned. No follow up call no email correspondence whatsoever. Just me wishing upon a start in the hope that Avis will pay back the money. I called the office yesterday (21/08/2018) and was told by another gent that he would call me back before COB before the 21/08/2018. Surprise surprise - no response.
