DO NOT (I REPEAT ) DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM THIS PLACE, SOLD ME A BAKKIE THAT WAS IN VERY BAD ACCIDENT. THE CHASSIS IS CRACKED AND WAS WELDED THE DRIVER SIDE FRONT WHEEL ISNT EVEN CENTRALIZED. BIGGEST ROGUES IN PINETOWN. PROBABLY BACK HANDED THE DEKRA REPORT AND COR GUYS ASWELL. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE TO AVOID DISSAPOINTMENT.
WHERE DO I BEGIN??? FIRSTLY IT TOOK 43 DAYS FOR MY INSTALLATION, AFTER MY INSTALLATION I TRIED TO CONNECT, I DID NOT ORDER A ROUTER FROM YOU PEOPLE AND NO ONE GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME TO ARRANGE MY ROUTER DETAILS. I SEND A STUPID TICKET WHICH TAKES AN HOUR TO GET A RESPONSE. I RESPOND IMMEDIATELY AS I WANT MY FIBRE CONNECTED I HAVE WORK TO DO. I THEN GET NO RESPONSE AFTER 24 HOURS. I WAS ON HOLD WITH YOU PEOPLE LAST WEEK FRIDAY FOR 90 MINS AND I WAS STILL 11 IN THE LINE. AFTER HOURS MY TICKET HAD STILL NOT RECIEVED A RESPONSE. I WENT INTO CLIENT ZONE AND MY ORDER STILL SEND PENDING BY THIS TIME I HAD HAD ENOUGH. I WENT ON TO AFRIHOST AND SIGNED UP WITH 5 MINS. AS SOON AS I HAD DONE THAT MY ORDER WITH ACCELERIT IS MAGICALLY ACTIVE BUT YET I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED LOG IN DETAILS. YOUR AFTER HOUR SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT AND I CANT DEAL WITH SUCH POOR SERVICE PROVIDERS. I REQUESTED THAT MY ISP BE CANCELLED WITH YOU GUYS ON FRIDAY THE 7TH OF MAY 2021 CAN YOU BELIEVE I GET ZERO RESPONSE AGAIN??? WHY AM I SO SURPRISED. SO I CALL THIS MORNING TO CANCEL THEN I GET TOLD I MUST GIVE 30 DAYS NOTICE AND I ASK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND THE PHONE JUST GETS PUT DOWN, FIRSTLY THIS IS SUCH BULL**** AS I WILL NOT BE GIVING YOU ANY OF MY MONEY AS I HAVEN'T EVEN CONNECTED TO YOUR NETWORK AND I REFUSE TO CONNECT TO IT AND YOU KEEP TRYING TO TAKE DEBIT ORDERS WHICH I KEEP CANCELLING AND ITS COSTING ME R8.50 EVER TIME. IS ACCELERIT GOING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK???? I DEMAND THAT MY ACCOUNT AND ISP BE CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY I DO NOT WANT ANY PART OF THIS COMPANY CALLED ACCELERIT!!! HOPEFULLY NOW I WILL GET SOME SORT OF RESPONSE!!!
I have been a loyal MTN Customer for over 10 Years I just recently upgraded my phone with MTN Direct- the phone was faulty and I took in to an Mtn Store on the 16th of October 2018 the lady I booked it in with said it would need to be sent to Jhb and should arrive at the warehouse by the 19th October 2018, after daily follow ups and NO response, then I finally get told it takes 21 days to do an assessment, on the 21 day mark I followed up which was the 9th of November 2018...THEN I get told that my phone hasn't even reached the warehouse for assessment and it is still with DSV at the depot- BUT IF ANYONE BOTHERED TO FOLLOW UP ON IT THIS WOULD NOT BE THE CASE! As this is my business phone and I am the one LOSING MONEY NOT MTN OR DSV, And Im am paying for a phone I dont even have anymore, so they agreed to send me a new device, they CHECKED STOCK WHICH THEY HAD and said they would send me a new one to be dropped off the very NEXT DAY this was on the 13th or 14th of November 2018. I followed up on the 16th Of November 2018 as to when I would be getting my new device- again no response. Then I get a phone call on the 19th Of November saying that there is no more stock - now this has become my problem and they are trying to sell me a phone that is nearly double the price of my new upgraded price- WHICH IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Ill Gladly take the new model of phone if they can give it to me at the same price as my upgrade price or they need to hold DSV Liable and charge them for the remaining amount left on the new fee. I cant believe the total DISREGARD and unacceptable SERVICE i have received over these past few months and I am totally disappointed with MTN. As no one is making an effort to solve the problem which is not mine. I will GLADLY go stand in the queue at the bank and put your debit order on hold as I will not pay for something I don't even have in my possession. This MATTER NEEDS to be RESOLVED URGENTLY or I WILL go elsewhere...!

Firstly as a business we Ordered 2 Lines (1 Voice and 1 ADSL) PAID for upfront, they send a technician to install the voice line and THEY forgot to place an order for the Adsl Line which could of been installed at the same time as the voice line. Voice Line was installed on Friday-It is now Monday and I still cant phone out. So I phone Telkom thius morning and this is what I have concluded. Telkom Staff obviously don't care about the company they work for or Know any information about the Company they work for , and have no clue on how to help their customers. I have been referred 3 different numbers to call which can "supposedly" provide help and all 3 dont know *** they are doing. If this is the kind of service I receive as a customer you can come fetch your line and all your products as I do NOT want to deal with incompetent people.
