I've tried to reset my card pin, but did not receive any SMS. There's a refund that I need to withdraw. The PIN we have entered is the correct one, but keeps on telling us, it's incorrect. Now the PIN RESET function does not even want to work. Really??
I've requested banking details from Debt Rescue to pay extra funds into my ABSA account. Email received from SHANNON-LEE VORSTER stating my profile is inactive (Looks like Shannon Lee Vorster is not willing to assist clients) I've contacted their complaints department and spoken to Marilize, and in seconds she assisted me with all the info that I required. Thank you Marilize for your excellent service received today. We need more people like you in businesses!
I went to Valhalla Post Office today, to new our car licence disk. First off all, Card Machines is not working, Secondly, the lady at the till said, if the vehicle is on his name I require an affidavit. According to information received, the below documents is needed: If someone else renews your licence on your behalf, you need to make sure that they have: A letter giving them permission to renew the licence. A certified copy of your ID and their own ID. The appropriate fees. Any penalties and arrear licence fees if applicable. Cleary they do not want to assist customers. Worst service!
I would like to thank Memory Oosthuisen for walking the extra mile. I've been struggling with a credit provider for months,, Memory contacted me, apologise for the inconvenience and assure me that she will sort out the mess. She kept her word and the assistance of other departments who fight the battle to sort out my issue. We need more people like you Memory, thank you so much for all your help :)
I've been under debt review since 2018. My credit provider African Bank is not updating my balances according. According to your department they are still busy with investigation to update my balance. On the 11/11/2022 an amount of R27525.92 of interest has been added to my account. On the debt review statement your balance indicates as R73713.20 and on African Bank it indicates as R91107.47. There's a difference of R17395.27 that was added to the account. How it it possible that my account at the credit provider does not get any lesser on a monthly basis, but higher? I'm not satisfied about the service I do receive from department, and each time I do get the same feedback. Our balances is only an estimate and the credit provider is the correct balance... I've heard this each and every time from your department. I need feedback on why there was interest added on my account in one day, the amount of R27525.92.
I've contacted the Debt Review department today in regards with my balances that is not been updated on their side. I've spoken to a TREVOR at the department, I've raised my concerns and had questions on when the issue on the IT Department will be resolved on my account, but as I speak, he repeatedly interrupted me the whole time. After a while he dropped the call, without answering my questions. This is truly bad service I'm receiving from this department. From the starting point, last year November 2022 my balances is not updated correctly, but the whole time I'm receiving the same feedback. Very disappointed in African Bank as they just want your money, but does not want resolve the issue.
I've been under debt review since 2018. In the beginning it all went well for African Bank Debt Review Department to update my balances accordingly. Since last year November 2022, I've been struggling with African Bank to update my balances accordingly. One month the balance is low the next month then it is sky high. No one at the department knows what they are doing. Each response received from their Department, is exactly the same. I'm very disappointed in their service.
On the 29th of March 2022 I've requested a letter from Debt Rescue, that was needed to provide to a property agency company. Till today, I have not received such letter from Debt Rescue. The member who I spoke to was Dorris. She requested my salary slip, and also advise that they would send me the letter ASAP as this is a matter of urgency. I'm not happy with the service at all! I'm stuck and no-one come's back to you in regards with such letter. I would like to request to speak to one of the TOP Managers in Debt Rescue in regards with the poor service that I do receive from this Company. Thank you.

Phoned on Thursday and the following day, my account was updated, and Paid Up Letter was ready! Thank you for all your trouble, we need more people like you in the industry!
