I have been requesting Russells and Joshua door to issue me with the prescribed letter for over 7 years, tried calling and sending multiple emails, are you guys refusing because your company is beyond the law of South Africa? Please do better and do the right thing
I claimed my profident fund 7 weeks ago and I was told that my claims will be finalized within 4 to 6 weeks and when I tried to follow up no one tried to assist me, I am super disappointed as I believe they were the best in the country disappointed indeed .now it's over 7weeks I have the email of being promised this will be sorted
I've complained more and more but my issue hasn't been resolved they have ask for the banking details and the taxation documents and I provided all of that last week Tuesday and yet the pay out is not in my account I'll never recommend anyone to use Superfund it is clear that they don't take clients serious I am just done with bad services I got I don't know what to do anymore
Old mutual superfund was able to contact me within few minutes after I've complained about my claim however I'll probably have a better experience as soon as I can see the funds in my account, they have asked for documents which I have submitted so the only way for me to feel better about the situation at hand is if they make my payment within 24hrs because I've submitted everything they required so fingers crossed, and possibly if this is resolved I'll be able to recommend other clients or tell them truth about the treatment I am yet to receive and lastly thanks to Hello Peter your definitely the best
I am so disappointed I've been trying to communicate with old mutual regarding my retirement pansion fund, I've submitted all the paperwork but they have failed to assist with my claim, please note I've been waiting for the money for over a month now and that's my old money to survive with my children it's so disappointing because Old Mutual pretends to be for people but they don't care at all I'm so disappointed I don't know what to do can they just assist me and show respect to us as clients
Last night was at the panarroties greenstone with my family the waiter Eugene swapped R6160 from my card when he was supposed to take R160 only for my bill now the manager nthabiseng told me she has reversed my money back but to my surprised today I still didn't get my money back when I went back to the rastuarant at greenstone mall I was told I'll get my money after 3 working days excluding the weekend . I don't know what to do because now all my debit orders are bouncing so how is gonna pay for that n I feel robbed of my own money I hate that place this is a warning if they can do it to me it can happen to anyone
My name is matshidiso mokgage I've been a loyal client to this company but I've been mistreated in several occasions I was told I should pay to get my pipe to be fixed and foolish me I did I've paid closed to R4000 in one month and still nothing changed and lastly was told to pay 700 rands for their people to come and fix this problem and this was a month ago n still they did not bother to come n yet they cutting my electricity claiming I didn't pay so I've asked for my records of payments and no one is will to help
