I have been trying to apply for my UIF since January. On 8 January I applied and send them the documents. I phoned the call centre to check if documents was received and in order. They said yes. Thereafter I wait a month and phoned in again and was told it is at the assessor and basicly was phoning in weekly. I then went in to the Department of Labour on the 3rd of May to be told the documents that was mailed to ufiling was never captured. Lady said it is best to go in to DOL in person for a speedy resolution. I was given a date to come today only to be told the system is down due to the floods in Kwazulu Natal overloading. I have health issues. I get up at 4 to be there at 5. Today we were told about 9 that the system was down and later on we were again told that they do not think the system will be up and running today and also in the same breath we were told that halve of the staff were on training. No compassion towards us as people.
Still waiting for the account's department to allocate my payment made on 05 June 2018. Worst experience ever!!!!!!! NO CORRESPONDENCE!!!!!!NO FEEDBAC****!!NO SERVICE!!!!!!!

I had my DSTV installed on 04 June 2018 and made my 1st payment of R728.10 on the 5th of June 2018. I made the payment using my FNB internet banking and by mistake selected Box Office, not having a Box Office Account. Since then I have been trying to get the account's department to transfer the money and allocate payment to my account. I have send numerous proof of payments to various people within the company. I have contacted the the call centres countless times. I have been to the Newton Park branch in Port Elizabeth with all the documents stamped and verified by FNB. Every time they disconnect my service and every time I have to phone them with having to explain and send emails. I always pay them well before the required date stipulated. This matter has been very stress full not to mention embarrassing. I don't get any feedback. They still haven't fixed the problem. I am not happy with their customer service. I pay the Premium fees but receive the worst service. I really don't know who else to contact.
