My mother's Sim card was hacked and it's under her name mtn says they cannot help. How can a big network provider say they cannot help. What is the point of having a number ricaed under your name and having the number for more than 20 years, this happened on Monday the 12th till now no help and this is a case of emergency. What bad service from mtn.
Have been chasing them for my salary for the Days I worked, for 3 full months and it's still not paid. Have called, went there and they don't seem to care. They use people as cheap labor and give you attitude when you ask for money.
A very big ****. Joined last year and every month they send reminders to deposit money, but their cards don't work. They deduct R10 for not using a card, which always declines. When calling their numbers or sending them emails don't even respond. They have no shame ****ming people that can't afford medical aid.
Capitec has this thing of closing a person's account if is deposited twice, they say it's *****. And neve opens the account again and even refuse to give you money that is in your account. You get no help even from the Ombudsman. This is very bad service from them
From August been requesting Uber rides And their app always have issues It either loads for an hour without connecting you to a ride, but busy saying we trying to connect you And if it does you get a driver that will cancel And you get charged In December had the same issue requested but nothing for over 30 mins, then had to switch my phone of to cancel, when I switch it back on it was still running and connected to a driver wen I no longer needed it And when you contact Uber they tell you the amount it's rightfully applied, for an issue caused by their app and drivers who cancel for no reason. So now 8 have R110 rand charged by Uber for their app errors and drivers who cancel rides and say they coming
