We are living in most dangerous times, especially when you realize that businesses are out there actually acting without any sort of impunity in their attacks on home-owners, and the people providing business / contracts to these entities, where these business are so arrogant and deluded that they are actually threatening people's lives, when they happen to fail, as though they need to do this to keep their business in operations. Devastatingly disappointing from this, is the essence in which these companies are conducting themselves, where when as their service-consumer(s), they are of thoughts that you should not interact, and or query anything with them, where in the back of it these sort of behaviours are self-explanatory when you come to find so much of discrepencies, in their dealing where it happens that the moneys intended for buisiness reasons, seem to be that these business are taking them for personified interests. How's it that, as people who make use of services, we really do allow this, and more especially where you deal with people who disregard you, and do not have any sort of actual fibre for doing good, or even doing as per their own obligations. It is so disheartening, when you deal with these businesses who go out of their ways, to try and intimidate people, by going to the court sheriffs to fight their battles by trying to get the courts to now help them extort the ordinary hard-working people, where the one most baffling part of these foul-behvaiours, where governmental, or country's legal system is seeming to be used by people with relatives within the government to get them, to authorise and run on their behalf the extortion rings they seem to be enjoying. It is all so humiliatingly confusing that the country's own justice system, has branches of their own operations that they seem to not have any sort of handling, knowledge and even sense of comprehending these 'houses' own mandates, that these 'dirts' are allowed. Who, but who will- in the name of humanity- will ever happen to be on the side of the people, the well meaning people especially when courts are hijacked, bribed and unduly took over, when the country is being ran into lawlessness, especially by business practices this foul, and especially by 'crony', dubious persons. This country needs to be put to fire, perhaps the historical saying of: 'destroy to rebuild' might of useful mean, and though this does not help the economy, it will help the life-sense of things!
The country is up in smoke, and there's a cause; the leadership we have in government are failing citizens, and both hope and confidence are frailing away everyday. It is so dissapointing to be a TAX-paying citizens, working hard to participate in the economics of the country, and you come to learn that our government does not care of us as the populace at large, as we are on a daily being forced, through emotional minipulations, and also through the unfounded reasons to be careless, and at disadvantage. I would like to say, I say the next part with caution: I, in the month-end of August, literally days before the demonstration by the hostels dweller and the truckers, I got attacked, an robbed in my own home by foreigners, Zimbabwean foreigners in specifics- this can be very proliferating amongst varying African groups, as this then in RSA we are made, and are expected to homely-receiving to our fellow Africans, while our leaders are out to tout the ideas of being a border-less continent between countries, where dissappointingly- our leaders do not even recognise that this country's infrastructure is no way able to operate functionally and is not capable to keep track on it's obligations, and have the requisite to deliver on mandate of every-other governmental door. On the other front- no place has sweeter space as home right- where we then are facing (case in point regarding the aforementioned), we human settlement, and housing departments but when we are experiencing property and housing issues these are nowhere to be in a space of helping, where then together with the failing systems, are actually aggrevating the struggles of the people, and are really leaving the hard-working components of the country's economy to be abused, and get extorted of many of the agencies involved in the sector; this be it that these entities are to manage, sell and rent or simply are to provide the ombudsmanship, where when you go into these facilities, the consultants (impunitively so too!) are actually behaving like the services that undertaken by their office, are not their responsibilities, as company's / organization's employees. We are in almost dire situations, which seems to be purported on the people intentionally.
Worst possible service with Telkom online service agents, where they are really of not good, and one wonders why would they even be able to secure a job!? Another one of the worst faulted reason we are bad as a nation, and as a country: Had to deal with Nthabiseng Mabogoane, worst possible assistant one could ever get to help anything! Why is it that Telkom has this one great service consultant, and then on another page they ave these nepotism, affirmative action employees that do not even have any culture of doing!? Maybe Telkom needs to (similarly as government would need to do!), remove and fire those that are bringing in workers in relatives, whom do not know and have any need for work, or even engaging with the company's clients, and customers? Had a great service with one consultant central Jozi, whom seemed to be envied by their colleague in Nthabiseng Mabogoane. But yeah there's one excellent customer service consultant called Thapelo Golaakwena, good champion!!!
This review is not for TELKOM the company, but rather a compliment intended for their employee, Thapelo Golaakwena working from the Sauer St's branch of Telkom in Johannesburg CBD, excellent service consultant, who helped with a troublesome router that came from Huawei, whom his colleague was not prepared to help, and get to understand the issue being addressed with a Huawei router, that it's SIM slot was not working, and due to this would not work for their product, data packet purchased with them. But then in stepped the super-hero of customer service at the site, Thapelo- and the man got involved, checked and tested the faulty Huawei router, and also found for the device to not be working, when this was only bought in the last 36 hours. So the champion himself, what he did- he engaged with the customer, tested the faulty Huawei router, and noted this was not working and would need to be resolved. Immediately he started off with arranging a replacement, and he ensured the customer their issue would be attended to, and invited them to resolve the issue through their branch; when the service was actually bought through Telkom SouthGate- where have you in the last 24 years of this deceptive freedom have you come across such service excellence in the parastatals!? Almost impossible!!!!
