I would give it a minus star if i would, Lady called Derby..... the worst a person can ever meet. never listens to the reasons of your call but prefer's for you to listen on to whatt she wants. even if its unrelated to what you called for (Dismissive beyond measures) i got a false bill for levy and they can even happen to give details on how and why it was calculated to reach such Derby please learn to speak to people as you are there cause of people and those same people give you that same job,. am frustrated beyond measures cant even express what/how i feel about you with you nonsense remarks

Im so disappointed by the way one of the Agents Maureen Palmers works from @Gerian Properties I tried contacting her during working hours regards a property in Windsor she doesnt answer her calls sent an enquiry through property 24 still didnt respond only for her to call me yesterday on a Saturday around 16:44 I missed her call and called her back with my other number. See her response below after that Good Day Thank you fir your inquiry regarding the Windsor East rental WHT do you use an 073....539 as Nombulelo and the one phone is likened to this 068...4900 Thuli Kamtolo Is this how you try and get into rental properties? If so We do not entertain this and would prefer that you look else where Since these are very risky inquiries Thanks Maureen I rep**** to her telling her but I only returned your call with my other number as my main number didnt have airtime and yes Im Nombulelo, Thuli is my home name she still didnt answer my call only responding via whatsapp. Im now also thinking she is a **** why is she not responding to the calls and not sending info via email for the property in question. I got response from other Agents the following day after my enquiry but with her no she said Im she wont entertain me but I asked her you havent do any verification but you are just turning me away she seemed not to care. She really needs to work on her peoples skill if she is working with people

Sent them an email about a month ago. Two weeks went by without receiving a response so I decided to contact their office. A white lady answered and she was extremely cheeky and impolite. She was too quick to answer and didn't listen to mh question even after the fact when I requested her to escalate to someone with expertise to assist. Matter was referred to Cathy who sent me a generic email, lacked precise info of what I was asking. I also informed her of the horrible service I had received from her colleague, 4 weeks later she hasn't responded nor apologised which led to this disappointing review. The employees of this company need to attend basic customer service training and how to communicate with clients. Don't treat us like we don't pay for services or asking for discounts. Respect us and provide accurate information. Seeing that you manage different complexes, your staff should be trained and have necessary information should a client call in. We are the very same clients that give you business so treat us with respect and respect your jobs. Your staff shouldn't be dismissive when you ask significant questions.

Overcharging of utilities due to bridged geysers and electricity meters. The geyser of unit 2 and unit 10 directly above mine is bridged. This has been raised over the last years with no response or resolution. There are no individual water meters for the calculation of water costs and no explanation or formula has been forthcoming. The bridged geysers and electricity meters are causing my costs to be astronomical as I am being charged for other unit’s usage. Part of the problem, I believe, is that a third-party (X-PERT X-ecutive Administrators) reseller is employed who charges exorbitant rates. I am denied access to my electricity meter so as to take photos of the readings as I do not believe the readings presented on my statement is correct. I have had numerous problems with the reseller before and had to request City Power to intervene. However, I suspect that the reseller has contacts with City Power who act on his (resellers) instructions hence the refusal to have an audit done on the meters. 2. Maintenance is lacking. I have resided in my unit for 7 years now and no maintenance (hygiene and repairs) has been done at the complex even though maintenance levies have been paid. The trustees / managing agent are now pleading poverty. I am of the understanding that the maintenance levies are to be ring-fenced for exactly that purpose. 3. The trustees/Gerian (please see contact details below) refuse to attend or acknowledge requests for special general meetings in order to sort out the resident’s issues. Numerous meetings have been requested but these are always shot down as being "unconstitutional". This is notably by the trustees Fanie Kruger and Oswald Huntley together with Gerian representative Gerda Smit. Copies of the AGM minutes and financial have been requested but is either being refused or ignored by the trustees. 4. When I purchased my unit, it was purchased with a garage. To date the garage has not been registered in my name and remains the property of Gerian or the original developer. Is this not theft by a different name? All the complaints above can be substantiated by written correspondence but are too many to include in this application. Please indicate if I should attach. for my high water and electricity bills on numerous occasions. No acknowledgment / response is ever received to any written communication with the managing agent. I have requested assistance from attorneys to assist in this matter, but it appears that the attorneys correspond has been ignored. We are living in most dangerous times, especially when you realize that businesses are out there actually acting without any sort of impunity in their attacks on home-owners, and the people providing business / contracts to these entities, where these business are so arrogant and deluded that they are actually threatening people's lives, when they happen to fail, as though they need to do this to keep their business in operations. Devastatingly disappointing from this, is the essence in which these companies are conducting themselves, where when as their service-consumer(s), they are of thoughts that you should not interact, and or query anything with them, where in the back of it these sort of behaviours are self-explanatory when you come to find so much of discrepencies, in their dealing where it happens that the moneys intended for buisiness reasons, seem to be that these business are taking them for personified interests. How's it that, as people who make use of services, we really do allow this, and more especially where you deal with people who disregard you, and do not have any sort of actual fibre for doing good, or even doing as per their own obligations. It is so disheartening, when you deal with these businesses who go out of their ways, to try and intimidate people, by going to the court sheriffs to fight their battles by trying to get the courts to now help them extort the ordinary hard-working people, where the one most baffling part of these foul-behvaiours, where governmental, or country's legal system is seeming to be used by people with relatives within the government to get them, to authorise and run on their behalf the extortion rings they seem to be enjoying. It is all so humiliatingly confusing that the country's own justice system, has branches of their own operations that they seem to not have any sort of handling, knowledge and even sense of comprehending these 'houses' own mandates, that these 'dirts' are allowed. Who, but who will- in the name of humanity- will ever happen to be on the side of the people, the well meaning people especially when courts are hijacked, bribed and unduly took over, when the country is being ran into lawlessness, especially by business practices this foul, and especially by 'crony', dubious persons. This country needs to be put to fire, perhaps the historical saying of: 'destroy to rebuild' might of useful mean, and though this does not help the economy, it will help the life-sense of things!
