I'm writing this very angry and so disappointed. My lines were suspended I went to pay what I owe on Saturday. Called Telkom customer care yesterday morning I 1st spoke to Oratile who transferred me to Katlego Matlala that was around 9am. He told me he has escalated for my lines to be opened and was so unprofessional. I waited nothing happened, called again around 16:37 spoke to Zonke who refused to give me her surname said their system is down must call after 2 hours. I called back again at 18:46 spoke to Nonhlanhla who advised me that nothing was escalated on my account she will escalate. I woke up today the lines are still suspended called again spoke to Andiswa Dlamini who told me again their systems are down must call back in hours Where on earth do I get the time to be always calling Telkom I paid what was due to them why are they not opening my lines without me even calling them as they know how to suspend them without calling me
I was so excited when I checked for coverage in my area for the home internet 10mbps for R295 it said Im covered in my area was even called back by an agent as I was doing the application on line. I ordered and it was delivered on time. Then now comes the worst night mare the network will be green, 4 and 5 G blue but then it says no internet connection to my surprise this happens everyday around 18:30 then it starts working again around 1:00am I called Mtn yesterday evening and to my surprise was told in my area the 10 mbps and even 20 mbps are weak I need to upgrade to 35mbps I regret leaving Telkom as I was using 10mbps without any issues Im just going to cancel Mtn and go back to Telkom . I would not recommend anyone to go for the 10mbps with Mtn as you will end up being told you need to upgrade dont know if this is how they hook up people so that they can upgrade to higher packages
Im so disappointed by the way one of the Agents Maureen Palmers works from @Gerian Properties I tried contacting her during working hours regards a property in Windsor she doesnt answer her calls sent an enquiry through property 24 still didnt respond only for her to call me yesterday on a Saturday around 16:44 I missed her call and called her back with my other number. I got response from other Agents the following day after my enquiry but with her no she said Im she wont entertain me but I asked her you havent do any verification but you are just turning me away she seemed not to care. She really needs to work on her peoples skill if she is working with people
I don't know how NASFAS works they request wrong information. My daughters father passed on and I'm the only parent surviving but NASFAS is sending my daughter a form for a guardian. We have emailed them an affidavit stating I'm still alive, sent them my Id copy, sent whatsapp, their phone number is not going through at this point we don't even know what to do

Bought a battery at midas in dobsenville on the 30th january went there on Saturday to change battery because its giving me issues they said i must come back Sunday i did that then they said they cant change my battery because of the terminals then i asked what must happen as it still has warranty they said they dont know i wouldnt recommend anyone to go buy a battery there their service is **** and they dont even care they didnt even take the battery to check what could be the problem so meaning its a loss on my side they didnt even pay attention to what ii was saying they said they cant help while i had the receipt 0670855307

I am so disappointed with FNB. I took a temp loan in September 2019 but to my suprise on my credit report it says I pay this loan monthly and I settled it in September 2019 already and its now affecting my credit score.
I took out a router contract in October the 23rd for R270 a month. I asked since its the 27th how much will I be billed coz it ws only 7 days left to end the month was told they will do pro rate. To my suprise yesterday they deducted R495 from my account. How can i pay R225 for 7 days where else for the whole month its R270. Im very disappointed with Telkom i regret leaving MTN as i never faced such with them. People dont take out a contract with Telkom they rob you day light and I want to cancel mine as in tomorrow.
