waiting over 30 minuets for customer care line to answer their phones
i am trying to email Bolt they do not respond - and there is no contact number - so how does one get hold of anyone On Saturday Morning I ordered a driver , after 10 minutes of waiting I called the driver to see where he was – he informed me that his passenger is busy shopping , he has to wait for her. When I cancelled my ride you charged ME R19.00 plus you did not refund me my R28 for my trip . I had to order another driver at the cost of R25.00. my cost to get me home has now cost me R72.00. Why are you charging ME for YOUR driver accepting a ride ,that allows a passenger not to pay but go shopping and waits for her ?????? You need to take the R19.00 from the driver NOT ME and refund ME my R28.00. This behavior is theft and if not refunded I will go to the media TOTAL REFUND DUE R47.00 - bolt drivers and cars ae getting more disgraceful with each tip

5 star furniture are the best in customer service and quality furniture thank you to Frikkie, who who patiently answered every question I had - and I had a lot , to talked me through every step , he was kind, friendly and helpful . i got my furniture the same day , the drivers were also very friendly and handled the couch with care , and my couch was the best quality , i was really impressed all round , from start of my first enquiry to the end , thank you 5 star for the quality service you offer , i will definitely be doing the rest of my furniture with you
This company doesn't knowhow to manage properties. Got the same complaint as previous person. Over charging of water bills and never attend to complex issues
