I am in total disbelief at how Suzuki hoodwink their customers. Having serviced my race car and my own car I should have checked but I thought I could trust such a huge car dealership. 2 services and not once was the air or oil filter changed. This was discovered when I took it to a mechanic well known to me and the lack of service may have caused damage to the vehicle!!! Is this how you make more money !!!
I was quoted R2200 to repair my fridge and 2 weeks later the same problem occurred and I was told it is not covered under the guarantee of the previous work and would cost me another R2000. ******* and ****s
Scammers and frauds. Paid and no delivery. When you try and contact them, the emails bounce back and the contact numbers do not exist
I have had poor service before but Telkom take the cake. I tried calling 3 times and emailed 4 days ago to which I have had no response. My dad has had a stroke and has asked me to manage his affairs but there is no empathy or service from this business (if you can call it that)
