When logging in clearscore, i saw that i am owing DMC funds of over 4k....who is DMC? And how did they get my details? They listed under credit cards... I have 1 credit card with my bank and no1 eles. I have never heard of DMC... And i have never recieved an email, letter or phone call from them...please have my details removed as per the POPI act as i ha e mo business with you!!! and make sure you guys remove yourself from my clear score because i do not owe DMC a single thing!!!!

Hi there.... I have no idea what is going on in this company's contact center... But it is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! My partner and I received a call... However we could not even hear anything due to the extremely loud music.. It sounded like they we at a club in long street doing lines or some sort of drugs... Coz u can only be high to listen to music like that... So loud... At that time of the early afternoon.. The agent couldn't even speak properly... We would highly appreciate absolutely no contact from this company what so ever...!!!!
After several phone calls i was being told different things all the time... Running up and down to a shop for airtime to buy data... but when loading the airtime and trying to purchase the airtime , i am told i do not have enough airtime and i need to recharge again. Over R200 worth of airtime was bought to purchase a R99 2GB data bundle for 1 week... and im being told that my apps are open in the background and im using the internet thats why my airtime is vanishing... what a load of BS. My phones apps were not running in the background and my apps were not updating because they need to ask for permission and only update with wifi and nor was i on the internet ...because i was trying for over a hour to purchase data to use the internet. MTN is the most expensive network and the most useless, no customer service at all beacuse if there was my problem and everyone eles problems would be resolved... they have no way of treating there loyal customers and never have a solution to any problem... Its about time i change my networ****!!
