Internal Fraud Committed at Telkom
Telkom employees are committing fraud on clients' accounts. Last month I made my intentions of canceling my Telkom Business Contract very clear, Despite this I letter found out that a new phone number was registered under my account. When I inquired about this I was told that a iPhone X upgrade order was pending. I spoke wiht Zethuliwe at the Durban contact center, who informed me that a call recording of this iPhone X order would be sent in 3 days. It's been 2 weeks and still no call recording. The fraud was committed by Nombulelo Magaga in the sales department. I was that person dealt with before I open a case at the police station & I was my 071 number converted to prepaid so that I can port out of Hellkom with their thieving employees.
