It's so sad to know while people are preparing for elections. We are 3 days without water. I am based at Savanna city. Just moved to our new home except it hasn't been all Rosey. Sunday morning water wa finished. Went to pick n pay to buy water voucher. Came back to load for the first time. Mind you, I only moved to the place last week. Could not load the voucher. Tried numerous times then I checked the displayed meter number on the meter remote (loading machine) it had different meter number to what we have on the meter box outside. Called municipal early hours of Monday morning. Some lady assisted and said because I get home late. Lady who assisted advised me call at 4pm to log the ticket so they can come when I come back from work. I call just before 4pm to log a ticket. Then I'm given REF0063/27/05/2024: Faulty pre-paid meter. I state I am available from 7pm. I call before 7pm spoke to Vanessa. I'm told my ticket is already logged for 7pm. I call 15 min after 7pm. I'm told turn around time is 4 to 8 hours. I already called in the morning and was told to get ticket later because if Marine Puso logged ticket in the morning. Technician was gonna come right away and I was at work. To this day, this morning. I am still without water. I am unable to load the voucher I bought. The service received is uncalled for. Had I been provided with correct metering first place all this would have been avoided. I understand human error. However I am the one who is in convinced right now.
Quickest service ever. Took the test on a public holiday. I expected to get results later but i got them within 12 hours. I really needed the certificate to cross the border. Thank you and keep up the good service.
Made a deposit into incorrect acciunt. Amount of R23 000. Sadly customer service said they need to get approval from the receiver to reverse amount. Obviously receiver refused. Went to your branch and was told to open a case at saps. Still awaiitng on case number to be sms'd. In the meantime i have to wait, not knowing if i will get my money back. Tjis is the worst experience. Capitec is making it easier for people to take our monies even scammers.
I ordered a personalised item on Monday the 3/9/18 I paid for the item same day. I requested the item to be delivered on friday the 7/9/18 as it was supposed to be a surprise for someone special . Item was supposed to be delivered at work around 11 because this where i usually am and usually receive all my parcels delivered. Come friday the 7/9 i got an email at 11h15 saying they attempted to deliver and there was no one at work. Surprisingly my phone is always on my desk and reception always updates me on all deliveries . I called them and one of the consultants said i will get my order around 13:15 and i called around 13:30 to enquire about the delivery and was told estimated time of arrival is 14:37. I called again around 15h00 and dpoke to Lile a very rude consultant who refused to transfer my call to his senior or the driver, worse he went and dropped the phone on my ear . Called after 15h30 and was told driver had lots of deliveries and cannot make it. Consult advised if i cancel they will not refund me full amount but will only give 50%. I received mail after knock off time stating they attempted to deliver. Its now 18:58 and i still haven't received my order. I do not like the service i received from NetFlorist at all. They did not even have the courtesy to give me a call to apologise or to even advise how soon they can deliver. I will not recommend this company to anyone . Bad service for first time customer.
