The reviews on their website is screened. The new product ‘radiance’ is R900 for 350g! That is ridiculous- you are better off purchasing with their competitor ‘Bright’.
Matthew has been great, good service and good quality.
I have paid off my overdraft and i still cannot access the account due to a legal hold. This useless bank makes me wait 48hrs to get a response on this, and they still don't know how to remove the hold. Completely useless!
A cashier named Lebogang had a seriously bad attitude on my visit to dischem on 31 Dec. She made me walk with her (with my child) to check a price on something that I thought was cheaper than what I was charged. I told her to cancel the order and she started complaining about me to her colleague right in front of me, in her native language thinking I didn't understand. I told her I would report her to the Manager and she tells me I'm more than welcome to and her name is Lebogang. Is this the kind of treatment customers receive from a Dischem store in an upmarket area on the last day of the year without consequence? It's pathetic.
A senior sales rep just sold me a policy but going through all info and at the end telling me that my current case is an exclusion (which is the only reason I considered clientele) and then putting the phone down when I questioned her about it. I then get a message with my new policy number. PLEASE CANCEL THIS POLICY AND INFORM PEOPLE UPFRONT ABOUT THE EXCLUSIONS!

Not only are the bank charges ridiculously expensive, but you wait 15min on a customer care line with no answer!
I left my child at Opti-Baby Brooklyn to see how she would do for 2 half-days. The cameras were 'offline' the first day, and when I checked the second day my child was literally ignored (the teacher would sit next to her and she would intentionally play with another child while mine was in tears trying to get her attention. One of the caretakers did the same thing. I asked for a refund to find a nanny for my child, and they initially refused the whole amount R5900), after I fumed they refunded half saying the registration fee of R2000 is non-refundable, and they charged pro-rata for 2 full days R500. As a single mother, R2500 is a lot of money to lose for 2 half days at a useless facility!
