My experience with The Wireless Company has been nothing short of brilliant. From the start, they were willing to work with me on the cost, which I truly appreciated. When the invoice arrived and the amount was still a bit higher than I expected, they didn’t hesitate to assist me again and make adjustments to accommodate my situation. That kind of flexibility and willingness to help is what I call real customer service. It’s rare to find a company that values its customers this much. I will definitely recommend them to others in the future.
Family had an incredibly disappointing experience with this workshop. They failed to properly repair their vehicle, despite having the correct engine and VIN number to order parts. Instead, they ordered more expensive and incorrect parts without consulting them properly, leaving them to foot the bill. Even after explicitly instructing them to replace components with new parts, they did not comply and REFURB the item for it to only fail not even 30KM later the same day. When the car inevitably broke down due to their negligence, They were told they must pay for a call-out fee and the same repair again—despite it being their fault. Their invoicing practices are shady, constantly changing prices and overcharging. Their incompetence became glaring when their own staff couldn’t source a part in a 40 KM radius, yet with just one phone call, They found it in 10 minutes! If a customer can do their job better, what kind of workshop is this? Save yourself the headache and take your car elsewhere—this workshop is unqualified, dishonest, and unreliable.

This company is getting on my nerves now I want to cancel my order because they keep bossing me around and switching the dates as if I am a billionaire and sit at my house the whole day just waiting for packages I wsnt this order cancelled because I rather go an buy it myself I don't want those products from you what don't you understand I am cancelling because you are taking forever and keep moving the dates.
Got a call yesterday clearly saw my previous comment about they are not going to do to me what they are doing to other clients, lady quickly resolved this as I got my Gold Cheque card yesterday and she asked if we can reschedule or will I be able the next day for the credit and I said yes and it is past 4 now and I amd receiving no call nothing to state your card is on its way or anything.
This company is useless I have no idea how such a proper bank as FNB would use someone that is so useless in their deliveries, you will not put me through what your previous clients was put through FNB said 3 to 5 working days for my cards its almost 2 weeks now and only now the CCD calls and confirms another 3 to 5 working days what a load of nonsense really I actually wanna cancel my account already if I have such trouble with such a bank like FNB.
