Poor service
Don't use this company. What should have been a simple online order finally arrived after 2 weeks, not even close what I ordered, with part of the first letter on the sticker being cut off, no packaging for shipping so it was damaged in transit, no communication at all. Only way I got an update was to phone and ask.

Not impressed
So far not impressed at all. Order took ages to get to me and arrived badly broken. If you're used to Takealot, this is nothing like it.

Avoid at all costs!!
Avoid at all costs!! Mel Kur took my clients money (at the end of 2019) for manufacturing dining chairs, 2 pedestals, two wall units and a frame around an existing headboard, and every single part of the job was badly botched, at the end of the day only the dining chairs were accepted by my client, though I don't understand why. He seems capable and confident and promises he can deliver, but beware. After meeting with me and my client at their home to confirm details and sizes, the dining chairs were made too big, they used cheap melamine for the wall unit after promising a high gloss white board (we even visited the board supplier together to confirm), the wall unit was terribly made. - some doors 5mm apart, other over 10mm. Panels didn't line up and joins in the boards visible between the doors. Nothing was on-time, or correct and he was quick to leave on his holiday with my order uncompleted. The money I paid has still not been refunded almost a year later.

Terrible service
Dons waste your time. Delivery is late, the order status says it hasn't even been shipped 2 weeks after placing the order, you can never reach anyone to find out whats going on. Terrible service. I will never purchase from Zando again.

No delivery
I was promised delivery of my order on the 23rd of Nov. 8 days later still no delivery and no help from takealot! Don't waste your time or your money.
