I went to Pick n Pay Blue Hills to get some few things, on my way to pay a at the front counter there was only one customer making a payment so I rushed there quickly. The lady by the name of Lengana was the one who was working there, as I was rushing to go there she quickly saw me and moved from the counter pretending she's doing packing for other customers. I stood there waiting for her and she told me to go to the other counter, When I got to the other counter, the gentleman who was there told me to go back to the other counter. Now feeling like a fool I told him your service is not pleasant at all, as I was going back to the counter, the other casheir with attitude says , there is no one to assist you and there was a customer infront of me at the counter, I said then who is going to assist this customer infront of me, she said I don't know but I'm telling you no one is going to assist you, as Lengane was coming she tried to greet me during that incident, I told her I'm not in the mood to greet you after what happened, she gave me a nasty attitude told me she was assisting customers, I asked am I not a customer, she said I dont know. Pick n pay service is not pleasant at all or do they serve customer according to their status?
I would to compliment Lisa for doing my nose piercing. I was nervous before the piercing and she made sure she gives me all the comfort i need and her trick of counting to 3 before she pierce the needle but pierce before the 3rd count really works. Thank you
I had an accident on the 1st of Aug 2019 and my Insurance Absa Idirect took the car to Mokar panel beaters. After 2 weeks with no communication from the insurance and the panel beater I called to find out if my car is in the process of being fixed, the panel beater said they are waiting for authorization from the insurance and the insurance will say they have already sent the authorization. After a week again I called,now this is the third week and they told me they still waiting for the parts. The fourth week I call they tell me my car will be ready the following week. The 5th week they told me that they have ordered the wrong parts for the car and they will receive the following week on Monday of which it was yesterday. I have heard nothing from them, they are not communicating with me and this thing has been dragging on for 6weeks now and after all this the insurance is not helping either and their call center agents are not trained well with their rude manners.

Well. My contract is about to end with Cell C and they told me I should give a notice in 2 months time. I called cancellation department many times that I even lost a count but with no answer. Since there was no one to assist in cancellation department, I decide to call Upgrade department and guess what! in a second a lady called Portia picked up the phone, I tell her that I want to cancel my contract and she tries to convince no to, then she says she will transfer me to cancellation department, to my surprise while I was on the line I hear " the number you have dialed is not available". I called back again and they told me that they have a high volume of calls in Cancellation department and they will get someone to call me back. I have waited since then.
I am not a happy client at all. I had an accident on the 20/10/2018 and the car was towed to SMD the same day after I called King Price Insurance. On the 22/10/2018 I applied for a claim for the car to be assessed for the damages occurred and my claim approved on the 2/10/2018. I had no problem with my insurance because everything was running smoothly and communication was at it best, I would even receive massages every morning from them. I was told that my claim has been approved and the car will be taken to panel beater Auto Spray on the 3/10/2018, I was also told that the Maria from Auto Spray will be in contact with me soon to brief me with the update. From the moment the car was taken to the panel beater I haven't heard from them until I called the person that was assisting me with my claim Maletsatsi on which it was on the 8/10/18, that's when she told me that Maria will be in contact with me that day and told me that the parts has been ordered from the panel beater, but I haven't heard anything from Maria even that day. Maletsatsi sent me an email with Maria's contact no, that's when I called Maria on the 9/10/18. Maria told me that they are still waiting for other parts to be delivered, but most probably if I didn't call she wouldn't have been in contact with me. From there ever since I am the one who has been calling Maria to update me about the car. She will tell me that she will call me back but I wouldn't hear from her. last week Thursday I was told that the car is almost ready and it has been taken for polishing. I was exited and even paid the access fee of R13 000, To my surprise! yesterday I called and they told me they are still assembling other parts, I asked them how can the car be polished and assemble the parts after, I was told they missed a spot. After that I get a call to tell me that the exhaust still need to be fixed and they still need to get someone to come and fix it. This is the fourth week now and I bought the car for reason most especially that I knock off late at night and I spend too much on public transport. Is this the way should thing be because I don't understand you procedures at all as a client.
