They don't explain things very nicely, quick to give you money and then hit you hard with all their interest in the first 6 payments. Are not interested in helping to spread the interest or restructure the loan to assist a business that has lost customers recently. Just 5 days to come up with the money or they gonna come for me.
Disappointed with the overall service from the garage. Had my clutch replaced. Now shudders when I take off. Car got scratched while in their garage which they now blame on me. Had to take car back after clutch replacement due to engine management light coming on. Wiring to heat sensor damaged. This was repaired but can no longer trust their staff and service.
Tried Multiple times to cancel the account 50 GB monthly package, and website will not allow to cancel, they cannot help me over the phone while standing at the clearwater store. Dealing with agents over the phone, they will not assist me. And Telkom will continue to charge for a service that I cannot cancel and not even using, not at the store, or on the website or over the phone. Is this fair?
Bought a brand new solid state harddrive and it failed in one day. Took it back in only to be told I can only get a new drive by the end of the week. Their service dept is very slow. I'm frustrated to say the least. Asking for a credit or refund they say they cannot help me. Is this how customers should be treated.
