Order No. 13667768 My takkies were supposed to be to be exchanged last week wednesday. I bought them because my baby has no shoes,i needed them for this weekend but as usual with their pathetic service it was not sent, i was promised to receive yesterday but today they email to say it wont be delivered and tommorrow im leaving for holiday!!! What the hell with this horrible service??? This company is going to the dogs!!!
I placed an order on the 15/12/2021, until today I have not received my order or receive any infomation on the order.I needed the items latest by last Saturday as I went to Durban for a wedding. I called the arc store first before placing the order to confirm if they will manage delivery,they assured me i will receive by friday. On the website upon checkout it said delivery in 2 days. Until today i have not received my order nor have i received any feedback. Iv spoken to numerous agents and also emailed to which i received no response. Pathetic service
I returned a bag to them on the 21 oct , i was informed that i would be refunded within 3/5 days as the product was 100%. On the 7 nov i emailed enquiring y my refund was not done , they said they will check and emailed me on the 9 for my banking details. I emailed yesterday and 2x today and got no reply , i even called today and they say oh its a problem at warehouse they cant help. The bag is R974.05c
On the 27/11/2018 i placed an online order with dis-chem, they called to tell me that the 1 item i ordered was not in stock & they would like to refund my money. I agreed & asked the lady if i should give her my banking details she said no she has it.Until today the 4/02/2019 nobody wants to help me ive called them over 6x they keep putting me on hold and then they tell me they will tell my “story” to the online manager & shell get back to me, nobody called me back nor have they given me my R175.00. For some of us thats alot of money & besides even if its R10.00 they have no right not to give it back. Please help!!!
Good day Im really very upset & dissapointed with there service. I think i should take it up further as this is just not on. I placed my order on the 26/08/2018 i received the incorrect order on the 29/08/2018 & i phoned in that same day to report it. Today is 13 days and still no help. I have a school function for my daughter this weekend and i need a shoe, im a single mum and i dont have so much money to buy another shoe. What am i suppose to do now? I dont have the shoe or the money! I cannot pay and keep something i cannot use .
