Tried to change my number to prepaid migration. Now my number is not working AT ALL. It has been SIX DAYS! When I went to MTN at Wonderboom junction I waited for 3 hours, only for the staff to go on lunch. As someone who uses my phone to do work , this is totally unacceptable. When you try contacting MTN at Wonderboom junction they almost NEVER answer the phone. If you like terribe customer service and faulty processing MTN is the provider for you!
If I could post zero stars, I would. I ordered shoes in March and still have not recieved my shoes. Empty promises and useless customer service.
My Samsung S10 has been giving problems, I couldn't recieve any phonecalls. When I went to Vodacom to fix the problem they said it is a software problem, I had to pay R280 to fix their problem. Vodacom also said that it is a problem with the software of the "S" collection of samsung phones.
I orderd skullcandy venue ANC wireless over-ear headphones but I recieved the wrong earphones. My friend orderd the same earphones and he recieved the same WRONG earphones! Which means they try to take advantage of customers who wont notice the difference between the cheaper earphones. I orderd these earphones for my friend's birthday and now I have to wait more than a week for them to be exchanged, which means I will not have them in time for his birthday.
I purchased the S9 and applied for the free samsung gear fit2pro at MTN on 31.05.2018. (There was a promotion at MTN where if you buy the new S9, you recieve a free fit2pro) The couriers claim they sent the smart watch back to samsung after several attempts to deliver. (I only had one phone call from Courier IT and they claim they called me 3 times) I phoned COURIER IT and spoke to the couriers, who sent me away and told me it was no longer their problem and that I needed to speak to Samsung. I phoned Samsung many times, repeatedly being refered to someone else. Eventually I spoke to someone at the head office in Joburg and was then told that the smart watch would be sent to me in two days. Nothing happend. On the 27th of July 2018 I went to Samsung at Kollonade, I was sent away to MTN. At MTN in Kollonade, I spoke with Buyani Nhlumayo who told me I needed to send an email to him. I emailed him explaining the situation and he emailed someone named Adele. I then emailed Adele, and Adele then emailed someone named Xavier. I have been mailing with Adele since July. I have sent an email once a week and I have not heard anything. I then emailed SAMSUNG as well as MTN customer services explaining the situation once agqin, I also added proof that COURIER IT only called me once and that they did not phone me on the days that they mentioned at all. Since then I have sent many emails explaining my situation, with no response I have done everything I can to try and get the watch that I was promised 4 months ago. This is very unproffessional and I would like to see it resolved. I would just like to recieve my Samsung gear Fit2pro that was promised by MTN

SAMSUNG told me that I have forfeited my Samsung gear fit2pro because of the terms and conditions. After I read the terms and conditions, I saw that Samsung was supposed to contact me after I supposedly never answerd the couriers. Samsung did not contact me. I have done everything I can to try and get the watch that I was promised 4 months ago. This is very unproffessional and I would like to see it resolved. I would just like to recieve my Samsung gear Fit2pro.
