Bruce Chetty the Director of this call centre owes me money . Promised to pay me on the 18 Feb . Contacted him and later blocked me . He owes me about R3300 but clearly not willing to pay me . I worked so hard for my money and he doesn’t deserve to work with big companies like CarTrack , fidelity , Old Mutual and Auto and General as he treats his employees like trash
Am writing this on behalf of everyone that is being owed money by fidelity secure drive outsourcing call centre which is universal call center in Umhlanga . The company owes me (us)money and the director blocked me after promising to send my payment on the 18feb . I doubt fidelity would like to continue doing business with a company that treats them like they don’t exist after working so hard to meet their targets and ensuring fitments were done . Kindly please kindly assist us because we don’t know whether you paid them or not for the sales and fitments
I would like to get assistance from CarTrack to help me get paid by their outsourcing company / call centre called Universal Call Center . I was working for them and they owe me money. The Director of the company promised to pay me my outstanding balance on the 18feb . I am writing this after waiting and getting stranded waiting for my payment to reflect and yet rather instead he blocked me . So am not sure whether cartrack hasn’t paid for fitments or not but I need my money . There is a ton of people he hasn’t paid and he just comes up with excuses. CarTrack please kindly help as he is imposing as if you guys are not paying him
I sent 2 parcels to my customer in Cape Town . They claim to have attempted delivery on the 4th but no call was received or anything . Till today they just redate the parcels and no delivery attempts or alerting the receiver of what’s happening. We tried to call no luck . Texted the WhatsApp number and even inboxed their Facebook page nothing . We are running businesses that relay on delivery on time and this is the worst service ever
I couriered a parcel from Durban on Tuesday to Bloemfontein. On Friday I got worried when my customer told me they hadn’t received it and asked them to call Aramex and they told her that the parcel has gone missing they can’t find it but appears on the system that it has been captured. But never arrived in Bloemfontein. I need assistance!
