MTN I would like to share my experience with all MTN users and others customers .I sent my phone for repairs while it was still under warranty I was shocked by the attitude of mtns management and the total denail of all the true facts i can only came to the conclusion that they managment are totally incompetent and unwilling to assist My phone was sent tot mtn on the 22 Feb 2018 the warranty expired date was the 14 July 2018 The phones screen was damage and while charging the phone the phone start to discharged totally and got very hot, a blue light went on after the light went out you could recharge the phone but the same happened again. I received a quotation for R2600 for the repairs that i paid. I received the phone back 12 April 18-----51 Days later. When i switch the phone on it did exactly the same, they only replace the screen and fit a new battery according to the call centre and the office in Carletonville I could not used the phone and l took it back on the 18 June 18 because i do not stay in Carletonville .They use the excuse that i did used the phone for a while , but they could determine how long the phone was in use agter it was repaired by checking the phones software but they ignore that fact On the 18 June 18 I received a quotation of R5931 to repair the phone for exactly the same faults that phone went in for the first time . THEY REFUSE TO REPAIR THE PHONE BEGAUCE THE WARRANTY EXPIRED Conclusion The phone was not repaired the first time .You cannot discussed the problem with any responsible person because you have tot work through the call centre although i did launce my comlpain to mtn and Samsung in writing but received no respons.from mtn, samsung refuse to assist.
