The absolute worst service in the world. Endless problems receiving PINS for vouchers purchased online, back and forth communication for at least 24 hours to resolve the issue. This is the third time in two weeks. They should just remove their online platform completely.

How is it possible that Meter Mate can prevent a tenant from loading pre-paid electricity? Why is 90% of any amount allocated towards "debt". Which debt by whom? Is it acting within legal limits to penalise a tenant as a result of a dispute between a Body Corporate and a Tenant? I attempted to call Meter Mate and only received an abrupt reply to call the Managing Agent. I was informed that levies were not paid. Why is Meter Mate deducting money from me then?
Can you please remove my review regarding Pace Car Rental? They have rectified the situation.
I have been a client with PACE Car Rental for the past year, renting a vehicle on a permanent basis. Over the past 2-3 months, I experienced financial difficulties and started paying on a weekly basis. I was in constant contact with PACE car rental and always kept to arrangements made. My account was handed over to a new Manager, who assisted me in finding out exactly how I ended up being hounded for payments on a weekly basis. I always assured representatives from PACE that I will hand over the vehicle if it reaches a point where I could not make payments anymore. They had my contact numbers, e-mail and address where the vehicle was at all times. On Wednesday 12 September, I attended a meeting in Braamfontein for 40 minutes. Needless to point out the danger of that area for a woman travelling on her own. I was not contacted in any way by anyone from PACE on that or the previous day. As I came to my parking, the vehicle, with all my money, wallet, cellphone charger, personal belongings and work items were gone. I immediately suspected car theft and called PACE. The manager was apparently shocked to discover that I was tracked and the vehicle taken by drivers from PACE without giving me any notice at all. I was left stranded in extremely dangerous circumstances and far away from home for the next 2-3 hours. I had no money with me, my cellphone was on 5% power and I was left woman-alone in a life threatening environment. I had to endure several physical advances made by men and I had to depend on carguards in the street to keep me safe until I could find a way back home. PACE wasn't willing to send a driver to collect me in order to a least collect my money and other personal belongings in order to get back home safely. This experience was shocking, frightening and caused me and my children extreme stress and panic. I am holding PACE accountable and will do my utmost to oppose their actions to the highest level possible.
