BULL**** CAPITEC N CENTRIQ LIFE

**** CAPITEC BANK AND CENTRIQ INSURANCE THEY FULL OF **** I submitted a CLAIM ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON TILL TODAY NO FEEDBACK WHATS SO EVER AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE FUNERAL IS SET FOR FRIDAY AND I DONT HAVE MONEY AT ALL THEY NOT EVEN OPEN TODAY THIS IS UTTER NONSENSE For taking BLACK PEOPLE that are in MOURNING FOR GRANTED This is really FRUSTRATING CASE NUMBER TO NOTE ***7

DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND SERVICE FROM ANTOTY MORATO OUTLET IN MENLYN

I bought two T Shirts from Morato OUTLET in Menlyn on the 3rd Feb at 18:15 PM I wore each T once as I wear uniform during the week... My wife notice a small hole in the middle of the Print on the T Shirt... I contacted the store as I had barely had the T Shirt for a Month ... The STORE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE ,I was told that the reason its damaged its because it was washed with a WASHING MACHINE ... where on the side of the T shirts clearly states that it can be washed with a WASHING MACHINE ...I had to be the one following up almost weekly after I was told to bring it back and it will be liaison with the AREA MANAGER ... 3 WEEKS LATER OF NOT GETTING FEEDBACK FROM THE SAID AREA MANAGER ...I called ,only to be lucky and find the Said AREA MANAGER ... To her SURPRISE, SHE WASNT AWARE OF MY CASE which has been presented to the STORE MANAGER 3 WEEKS PRIOR ... this is very DISAPPOINTING behavior for such a BRAND... The AREA MANAGER TOLD ME she will FOLLOW UP WITH SOMEONE'S WHO'S IN CHARGE OF DAMAGE GOODS ,Mind YOU , I only wore the T Shirt once ... AFTER DOING FOLLOW UP FOR ALMOST 3/4 WEEKS an hour LATER I GET A CALL FROM THE AREA MANAGER THAT there's nothing they can do , I must come fetch the DAMAGED T SHIRT ... TO THIS DAY , THE T SHIRT IS STILL WITH THEM ... The STORE MANAGER IS *********** AND HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE ... AM WRITING THIS WITH A HEAVY HEART ... ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING ... this clearly shows that CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE EXISTENT THERE ...

DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM CAPITEC

This is unacceptable Customer Service I've had a funeral cover with Capitec Bank for over 2 Years... I physically went to the Branch to SUBMIT ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS for a FUNERAL CLAIM ... 12 Hours later I was informed that 1 Document is OUTSTANDING where I gave the Consultant EVERYTHING...I went back to the Branch to submit the missing DOCUMENT .. its 48 HOURS LATER and my CLAIM Is still not finalized I have a funeral to conduct for FRIDAY Which I dont have funds for as am the sole bread winner to the deceased and the family ... There's no food to give people coming to convey their condolences Am grieving yet I have to be embarrassed like this by the Bank which I've been BANKING WITH FOR LAST 15 YEARS ... THIS IS A HUGE DISGRACE VERY DISAPPOINTING

BAD SERVICE FROM THEM

For the Past Year I've been paying R400 More than my subscription because of NETFLIX which I've never subscribed to ... I've been calling their call centre almost every month and I've never been helped at all... They telling me because my remote control has the NETFLIX button ,am automatically subscribed everytime someone presses it THATS BULL**** I have Children that would normally PLAY WITH THE REMOTE I NEED URGENT ASSISTANT AND MY FULL REFUND THIS IS BULL****
