Review: Book-a-bakkie
Best truck rental company I’ve come across! The staff was incredibly helpful, and their response time was impressively fast. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable and efficient rental experience.

Bad Customer Service- The FIX Chris Hani Crossing Vosloorus
Good Morning, I would like to complain about the bad service at the above mentioned store this morning. Two ladies were on the shift at the till. Only know that the one lady is Nhlanhla who had a horrible attitude towards me. Couldn't get the other ladies name. This wasn't the first time encountering a bad service at the store. I arrived there this morning (03 August 2020) at 9:30. The door was still locked at this time which I found very strange as stores open at 09;00. I stood at the door while Nhlanhla and the other lady stood there having a conversation watching me stand outside the door for a while. I then got aggravated and waved at the one lady who ignored me. A few minutes after this I waved at Nhlanhla who rolled her eyes and instructed the other lady to come open for me. I received terrible attitude after she opened the door and didn't greet back when I greeted. I walked to the till as I wanted to pay my account. When I got there, I stood there for a while again as I was being ignored. I then asked if anyone is willing to assist me and I received a terrible attitude after that. I was then asked "Can you not see we are offline. Go to another store and pay there"I got upset at the manner of approach and asked if this is how TFG trains their staff to treat customers? What happened to Client Centricity? I kept asking for assistance and was told I am a child and need to respect as she is older. Not too sure what age has to do with this? I am extremely unhappy about the service I received this morning and would like to report BOTH Nhlanhla and the other lady who were on today's **** (03 August 2020). Regards,

Great Customer Service- Telkom Marshalltown
Good Day, I would like to comment on the great customer service I received from Nobi Ndevu, Branch Manager from the Telkom in Marashalltown . Despite the TERRIBLE customer service I received from the Telkom branch in Alberton City from Zanele amnd Tshidi. I felt much better after being venting out and speaking to Nobi who delivered my phone right after my complaint on the 31st of December 2018. I am extremely happy and impressed with both her and Thapelo Golaakt who have been nothing but patient and helpful over the past few days. Despite the hiccups faced from previous store, I found it important to give credit where it's due! Thank you so much Nobi Ndevu & Thapelo Golaarkt. :) :) :)
