Making a purchase with them was the worst decision ever. I purchase a jacket on 23 June 2024, payment was made, we are now on 3 October 2024 and still have not received the item. I also will not expect my money back, so this is a total loss. I will never ever purchase from them and will not advise anyone to make future purchases from them. Wynand
I would like to note the very slow and bad service that you get at Mcdonald Ermelo drive through. I waited 30min since ordering until getting the food with only 3 cars ahead. This is the worst ever.
I cancelled our cruise that was scheduled to depart on 22 November 2020 from Durban to Pomene, due to unforeseen circumstance, which led to the fact that we will not be able to go on the trip this year or very soon in the future. I jumped through MSC hoops ( to give the written notice of the cancellation, complete refund forms completion and all their admin). This was done on 28 May 2020, STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND!!!!!!!!. when I inquire about when to expect the refund, all I get is that Italy, their head office need to do the refunds and that it will be done soon. I do not get any other explanation or REFUND!!!. These businesses expect you to pay immediately when you do a booking or you loses your booking, but when the table is turned and they need to refund, it may take forever to receive your refund. I have canceled the reservation on 28 May 2020 that would have taken place from 19 to 22 April 2020, due to Covid-19 lock down. I was explained that the refund will be paid with a R100 banking fees. I have not reseived any feedback from them since nor did I not received any refund to date. I deem this very unprofessional with very low customer services.
