WORST INSURANCE STAY AWAY
Worst ever experience, so many delays from them, can give feedback via email or pick up their phones. Submit claims all at once, with all reqeusted docs. Went through alot off loss, ams through all the trauma Santam jaa made things worse, feel like a fool believing in them, should have atuck with previous Insurance as I did not have any problems. Even my broker has tried with Santam but also could not get strait amswers

Thanx Desire Best Service Ever
I would like to thank Desiree at Fochine in Greenstone Mall Edenvale for doing more and assisting me more and listening to me giving me the best service I have ever recived. She went beyond than what her duty calls for. I had alot of problems with my skin amd received the wrond products from someome else but Desiree fixed everything and is still busy assiting me. If anyone want the best service from Fochini. Go to greenstone mall and ask for Desiree

Worst and money hungry insurance
I have had an discovery insure policy for over a year. I got a new vehicle got it insured as I did not have a problem with Discovery before. I changed my debit order date from 15th to 25th. Discovery to the pro-rate on the 1st of October. They tried to debit my account from the 15th(even though I changed debit order date) they tried multiple times. Then on the 25th they debited over R1400. I havent even received my feul reward for previous month. I have called the call center. They asked for my bank statements, I send them the proof and got an email stating everything is sorted. how can it be sorted if they keep deducting money from account when I specifically showed the proof that I havent received any rewards and they double debit my account for a pro rate.
