Philemon the service manager for super awsome service Had an issue but resolved so professionally A real brand champion He is always smiling and always very helpful Things can go wrong but he takes charge and makes things happen Underpromise and always over delivers Well done
Sooo disapointed with Suzuki fourways Poor service from.the service department and sales department They lost a new car sales to Suzuki Bruma Bruma gave me excellent service when I had to do the 30k service on my swift Got gr8 treatment and follow up calls Sales team awsome Moosa and his manager are just super awsome Ended up upgrading my car coz of Moosa and his manager. Well done Suzuki Bruma I would strongly suggest Suzuki fourways take some learning from them Suzuki South Afica Needs to praise team Bruma and really check in with Suzuki Fourways
Consultants are terrible and no focus or dedication for customer service But great save from THE manager Byron He got things going Uber sure senior management Needs to get rid of poor consultants like Alton and Ashwin and praise the manager Byron I am collecting a car from the dealer and got pathetic service from the 2 consultants Made 27 calls and got messed around Byron got things going for me Well done Byron
Very unhappy as Outsurance abandon us in a time of need. Had been the vicom of theft as my car vechile has the wheels stolen and left on blocks. we were out of town and visiting parents. the incident took place 600 km form our home and work. i put through a claim via the call centre and then took 2 weeks before i could get an outcome. whilse having to manage not being at work and away form our home with my wife and 4 year old son. the claims was registered on the 29 August and the same day i provided outsurance with all quotes and all relavant infomation. they appointed an assesor whom only came out to see me on the 5 September (6 days Later) then tells me that he does not belive that the incident happend and i have to re create the sceen by placing the car back on blocks as i found it or they will reject my claim. i had to make time to meet the assesor twice and which ment more tiem away form work... still dealing with not being at home as the inciden ttook place 600 km form our home. i was then admitted to hospital due to bleeding ulcers due to stress and huge amounts of stress caused by Outsurance. i then got a 30 second call whilst admitted in hospital to say FYI ... we rejected your claims as we dont belicve the incident happend!!! come on , like realy ... my car had the wheels stolen and my family and i are suffering and when we need our insurance they mess us around more and prolong the suffering even further and then decline the claim based on an assesor saying he cant see damage on the vechile and based on that he will reject my claim i then reffered the matter to outsurance IDRD and recived feed email to say they are wroking on the matter on the 18 September 2018. i then call the outsurance today to check up and the customer care department refused to transfere me or give me the number to call them. A consultant Hendrick refused to spell his name or give me his surname and just discarded me saying he is not gonna do that. Do not do business with outsurance.. do not put your trust in Outsurance... do not have any faith in them they will abandon you in the time of need and that is why we take insurance. do not belive the adverts as they are miss leading.. go with another conmpany and stay away from Outsurance because the only thing that will be out is the client!!! out in the cold in a time of need
