I was a first time buyer and they were one of my options and this what I have to say as someone that is completely new. I have yet not received any reply to this exact email I sent to the sales assistant, sales manager and owner of the dealership. I hope this helps any first time buyer. — — — I do commend Lavern on her service that she offers and the speed she executes queries that I asked about. That being said, a part of the deciding factor was the manor that the interaction between Lavern and myself started off professional but after a while it became unpleasant. My wife and I are first time car buyers and we had little to no idea what to do or how things work and seeing that it is a big purchase, therefore we had to have a lot of questions and conversations to really decide what to do and how to execute things. The last call felt both hostile and condescending toward me. Making myself feel belittled because I just want to make sure before I spend over R200 000 and more on a car. People tend to ask questions about things they don't know about so please be patient where it's possible because some people really need to understand things properly to make sensible decisions. I am aware that trying to close a deal quickly is a sales technique, but this time it scared away customers and any future references they would have given. On a last note, you guys were implying that I am saying things that aren't possible - like me mentioning that there was an alternative offer that has been approved and given to us by the bank. Please don't do that. I hope that the dealership can take some things from this email that I wrote and what experience a first time buyer might feel like when actually wanting to make a big purchase like a car. Be patient because I'm sure that everybody sometime in their lifetime has been in a situation where they needed help with making the right decision. — — — Won’t surprise me if they do reply to this review because it is now visible to the public.

If you want the best service Speak to Sipho Danana at Suzuki Bruma; he is a great salesperson, always updates, and keeps his promises, from help ing with finance by Poppy, a great lady. She gave me a great deal. Sipho even organized a nice gift with the car; I love my speaker. He always updates from sale to delivery. Everyone is friendly at Suzuki Bruma, unlike some Suzuki dealerships where the salesperson wanted to force me to take a balloon, which I kept telling him no mxm, but Sipho explains all your options and even gives great advice. Thanks. Sipho - Bruma Suzuki

I booked my Swift for a service on Friday the 13th of September. I was offered a ride to my work and all was well. When my car was ready it was arranged for the driver to pick me up and take me to the dealer during my lunch break. After waiting 20 minutes I phoned the dealer and was told that the driver is busy collecting stock and cannot pick me up which prompted me to walk to the dealer. No attempts were made to notify me about the driver. My license disc expired on 31 August and I was offered a renewal. I specifically asked what is the charge for this service and was told this is for Suzuki clients and I only pay for the license itself. 2 weeks later and after multiple calls and even visits to the dealer I still do not have my license and I am driving with an expired disc. Each time the excuse is the person who does the renewals has my disc and it will be at the dealer later in the day. This was repeated on Thursday and Friday. I was sent a photo of the new disc which was only renewed on the 26th of September and penalties had to be paid for late renewal. I was informed that Suzuki charges 30% to do the renewal so now instead of paying R504 I have to pay close to R720. My disc arrived on Friday after 2 weeks, but I was only notified after 5pm when I was already gone.

This dealership advertised a car for a certain price on which I was happy with and I had a mutual agreement with the sales person ,upon telling the salesperson I’m going to the bank to to sign the agreement to purchase ,he then said he’s finance team wants to sell me the vehicle with a new increased price and not the initial price which they advertised the car for. The salesman said he will not give me the car for the price they advertised the car initially when I approached them and that they will only give the car to me unless I pay the new increased price and that I must ask my bank to redo the finance for the new price and the salesman said there’s nothing he can do . Out of pure greed I was forced out of purchasing my first car , wasted more than 2 leave days dedicated to getting the purchase of the vehicle done , also having to cancel a flight ticket booked to pick up the vehicle which is non refundable in cash

Terrible service from Suzuki Bruma. I had purchased a Super Carry from this dealership and when I got home I found a humming noise coming from the gearbox. I contacted the salesman and was asked to bring it around which I did. They had to book it in the following Tuesday and I was told that they will deliver it that afternoon, they then called to say they will deliver the next day and then the next, even after telling them that I will be leaving that Thursday afternoon, which they promised they will do. Needless to say that never happened and now three weeks later, I am still waiting. On the rare occasion that the salesman answers my call, he is always waiting for the driver. Anyone else that I speak to refers it back to the salesman. This is got to be the worst service that I have experienced in purchasing a vehicle. I will never use this dealership again.
